Our family has had such a great experience with Early Bird. Our daughters speech has improved so much that now she's above age level! We loved our therapist and sad to see our time with her end - but then again, that's the goal! Highly recommend this company.
I am so happy that we found Early Bird. We started at another clinic, but it just seemed too strict. My son is 2 - speech and OT should be fun! We see Maddie for speech and Dana for OT. He has made so much progress since he started working with them - it seems he's doing or saying something new every day! He's learning and having fun doing it. Maddie was so patient for several weeks while he cried throughout the entire session. He has always stayed home with me, and he did not like the separation at first. She kept trying to bond with him, and now he can't wait to leave me in the lobby and go with her! I can overhear their session, with her always encouraging him and him having fun. She is so incredibly patient and friendly. Dana has had advice for every question I have had. No matter what comes up with my son, she always has ideas on what to try and tailors her suggestions to our family. She has been so helpful with issues like biting and sensory seeking. She really seems to know my son, and she has a great memory for all of the little details. When we received his autism diagnosis, she is the person who helped me the most with making a plan for him. She is just as encouraging for me as she is for my son. I think she is my son's favorite person besides my husband and me! I did have a little trouble getting started with them, as I had to email them a few times to get a reply. I think they're just so busy and trying to "do it all" that it was just an oversight. Once we started registration, I have had fantastic communication. Ms. Tabitha at the front desk is as sweet as she can be, and even Bob who sends me my monthly invoice is friendly. Before we got started and without my asking, they even sent the prices for what each session would cost if insurance didn't cover it. I appreciated the transparency! We couldn't be happier with Early Bird!
The therapist at Early Bird have been so accommodating to our family. The communication and planning each therapist provides has always been wonderful. My son always goes willingly with them and I can tell he enjoyed the time he spent. The gyms are kept very clean and they have a wide range equipment, toys and activities. My son has progressed more there then any other therapy provider. I have nothing but good things to say about Early Bird and highly recommend it.
If I could give a million stars I would. Dawn has been phenomenal in working with my twins. One twin is super shy and hardly goes to anyone, so the first session I was a little worried that he wouldn’t cooperate. To my surprise, he went right to her with no hesitation. She’s so patient and I firmly believe she has my kids best interest at heart. I just can’t thank her enough! She’s absolutely amazing!
The entire Early Bird team is phenomenal! We have used speech, feeding, physical & occupational therapists, and every single one has been amazing. They are kind, patient, encouraging & knowledgable. We are so grateful they are a part of our team!
