Can’t say enough good things about Tutor Time Anaheim Hills! We’ve been to 4 locations and this one is definitely amazing, so amazing we transferred our son to this one from another location that was closer to our home because the staff here at Tutor Time Anaheim Hills can’t be beat! From Day 0 everyone has been so welcoming and easy to work with — Ms. Kelsie and Katie are always there to greet you as you come and go. Everyone on staff genuinely cares for the children’s well being. Mr. Zach ensures the kids have nutritious meals and snacks throughout the day. Ms. Star, Ms. Jen, Ms. Jaime, Ms. Miriam, Ms. Erin (the list could go on!) have all been phenomenal with our infant & toddler. Our kids look forward to going everyday. We know our kids are safe and in the best care here!
Tutor Time Anaheim Hills is a great facility with an awesome staff- we have had a great experience! From the tour Ms. Katie understood our girls and made them comfortable and entertained. Ms. Kelsie has been an awesome director to retain a top notch staff that is engaged with the kids and communicative. Ms Erin has made our daughter feel loved and welcome everyday even when separation is tough. The learning plans each week are great along with food provided at facility. It’s so nice as working parents to have diapers, wipes, milk, and food provided at the facility. Grateful for chef Zach! Thank you to the wonderful staff overall. The outdoor areas are awesome for fresh air play time.
We LOVE Tutor Time! My daughter has been here almost a year now and I am actually dreading the day we have to leave and she starts public school. What drew us to Tutor Time was that they have cameras that I can check in on my daughter any time, they serve REAL cooked food (not packaged junk like public school), and the staff was so welcoming. I have nothing but positive things to say. The teachers and Kelsie's communication is remarkably fast anytime I have reached out. We started in twos with Ms Jaime and Ms Sheila who were warm and bubbly and the perfect start to my daughter's first days at daycare. They were so great at helping her (and me) be comfortable with this new transition for us after my daughter had been home with me for 2 years. We are now in early preschool with Ms Miriam and Ms Cristal who are equally wonderful. Working on educational skills and getting them ready for TK, Kinder, etc and helping with potty training. We love Tutor Time and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality childcare.
Love, love, love this place. I know every day that my child is in the best hands, and that peace of mind is priceless. Communication is immediate and thorough through the app—I get pictures throughout the day, meal updates, potty updates, and little notes that make me feel connected even when I’m at work. Mr. Zach is incredible with the kids. He actually gets down on their level, plays with them, draws fun characters on request, and is always there to help during after-school homework time. His energy and patience make such a difference. Ms. Kelsie is a fantastic Director. She is genuinely cares about every child who walks through the door. I know my kid is safe, supported, and understood under her leadership. Over the years, we’ve made so many wonderful friends here—other families, teachers, and staff. This daycare has become a community for us. It has been nothing but a positive, uplifting experience from start to finish, and I’m so grateful we found it.
Our Sophia has been attending Tutor time Anaheim Hills since she was 11 months old. All the staff have been a loving community in helping raise our daughter through all her develoopmental milestones. You can tell that they really have invested interest and care about the kids. I love being able to watch her play throughout the day as well as the best pictures, videos, and updates of activities with staff. This past year Ms. Leslie and Ms. Cook (current teachers) made her 3rd birthday celebration so special as she got to share it with peers. Drop offs are easy and pick-ups, it's hard to get her to leave. A great thank you to: Ms. Katie, Ms. Kelsie, Ms. Leslie, Ms. Cook, Ms. Rachel, Ms Erin, Ms Jaimie, Ms Jen, Ms. Angie, Ms. Zoe, Ms. Kelli, Ms. Cristal, Ms. Miriam, Ms. Mckenzie, and Mr. Zack.
