This review is not about the teachers, who are professional and dedicated, but about the administration’s poor communication, lack of respect, and overall negative environment. The teachers do their best with the kids, but even they seem to struggle under the management’s harsh policies. It’s an unhappy place for both parents and staff. A mistake occurred with my tuition payment, and despite multiple emails requesting a resolution, their responses were unhelpful. They ignored my calls when they saw my number, even though they provide phone contact details, and refused to let me speak with the school owners. It feels like the owners are completely disconnected, hidden in the shadows, unaware of what’s really happening. When I asked to escalate my concerns to them directly, I was flat-out denied. Why is it not okay to talk to the superiors? Parents should have a voice. I also constantly worry that if a teacher is absent, one of the harsh administrators will step in to supervise the class, which is not reassuring. Their approach lacks warmth, and everything is handled in an overly rigid, impersonal manner. After many failed attempts to resolve my concerns, I had no choice but to share my experience here. I truly hope the owners read this and take the time to call me so I can explain all the mistakes and issues firsthand.

DISCRIMINATORS! My review is based on two and a half years of my sons attending this “daycare”.. they acted nice at the beginning and then it seems like they didn’t want to hire more teachers so they forced us to bring an “aide” saying that he doesn’t follow instructions and they “can’t handle him” we tried to be understanding and we started to pay hourly for an aide for months and months.. all the aides who went with him said that he’s much more cooperative than some of the other kids! Like some of the staff’s kids for example! But we were the only ones forced to bring an aide! Later we were able to bring professional aide paid by our insurance but whenever the aide cancels they would be like “come pick him up we cant handle him” and on camera we were clearly able to see that other kids were doing more than the things that they said our child did! But still no one asked them to bring an aide! They were clearly discriminating against our child! Even some of the teachers acted all nice and understanding but then the principal tells us No you cant keep him Mrs. “” can’t handle him today! And it all ended with a LIE by the recipient teacher when she said she called to ask us to pick him up while the call actually ended by her telling us she’ll try to talk to the principal to keep him and get back to us! Imagine us having to go pick our son up just because he took his shoe off! Or because he’s playing! They made him feel horrible each time his brother had to go to school and he stayed at home because his aide couldn’t make it! This is exactly the atmosphere in which I would never wish for anyone to put their children through!

My kids attended AMA for 3+ years and it was the BEST preschool experience and so glad we found them. We left after TK and my kids came more prepared for kinder then most by already reading, knowing their site words, etc. All teachers are amazing, loving, kind. I wish they still had an elementary school because we'd be there in a second! Thank you Anaheim Hills Team.

Love this school.. My son loves his teachers. Its all about the students here. They offer great curriculum and has provided extended love for learning for my son. I can't thank the staff and teachers enough for the safety and care for my child. This has given him the structure he needs to get him ready for kindergarten.. thank you Juliana for all the support and getting back to me with any of my questions and concerns.. highly recommended this school..

We've loved the preschool for years and are beyond excited about their elementary campus. While the elementary campus is not Montessori, it is years ahead other schools in regards to utilizing technology to promote collaboration, critical thinking, communication and creativity. Class sizes are small and my daughter is loving school. In addition to the cores subjects, there is art, drama, music, Chinese, Spanish, and more! I know she will not only be academically challenged, but will be part of small loving community. Our daughter is at elementary campus and our son is at the preschool. The preschool is a wonderful environment to start school! We couldn't be happier!
