Serrano Heights Academy (SHA) is for parents who want a very low caretaker-to-child ratio, frequent SHA-run events, excellent communication and client service from the owner, Vik, and a robust learning environment for your kids. Vik was incredibly flexible with the demanding schedules of my wife and I throughout our time at SHA. A few points to highlight: - They provide parents with the opportunity to network with SHA parents for birthdays and other events. However, they also allow for parents and children to remain anonymous online, while many daycares require that parents’ waive their children’s privacy on social media to the benefit of their organization. We appreciated both options. - Our child learned to more effectively share, create, and collaborate with her peers directly due to SHA’s nurturing social environment. - At about 15 months old, our daughter learned a new word or two every week just from SHA’s exposure. Above all, SHA exemplifies community, excellent childcare, and personalized care plans for every child at a competitive rate. I can’t recommend them enough!
My 2 boys attended SHA for 2+ years and had a wonderful time. The staff were great with kids and made sure to create a fun learning and safe environment. I can't thank the SHA team enough for caring for my boys and creating a warm welcome community. The daycare recently had interior renovations done to improve the classrooms, which came out great The owner Vic was great with communications and special shout out to the awesome caring toddler teacher Ms.Yadi!
Sent both of my kids to SHA. They both had great experiences and the teachers really cared about their development and well being. I can’t say enough great thing about the people who took care of our children. We loved the sense of community at SHA. Vic the owner is very communicative and just renovated the facilities.
Great pre-school ! The new staff is very helpful, kind and takes very well care. They also have an app for the phone where you can see the pictures of your child's activities in school. My daughter and son were happy attending this school. I would highly recommend SHA for anyone considering pre-school for their kids.
We have been in SHA for a couple of years, the staff is really caring and they have a nurturing environment, my daughter really enjoys comming here, their summer program is a lot of fun for the kids.
