Tutor Time Child Care/ Learning Centers

⸻ I have two kiddos who come to Tutor Time, and we’ve been with this center for a little over a year. Before finding this location, we tried a few other daycares—but none of them made the cut. The moment we came here and met the team, I knew this would be the place we stayed. Not too long ago, we moved from Chandler to Phoenix, and I switched the kids to a different daycare. I wish I never had. We’re now back at Tutor Time, and Rachel Gunsten, the General Manager, has been nothing short of amazing. She squeezed us back in and made it feel like we never left. Rachel and her team go above and beyond. They truly take such good care of the kids. If I don’t move out of state, I will travel whatever distance I need to just to bring my children here. When I drop them off, I don’t worry—not even in the slightest. Tutor Time has become home for us, and I’m so grateful for the love and care they give my babies.

Our family has been with Tutor Time for more than four years, and we truly cannot say enough positive things about our experience. Both of our daughters have attended, our youngest starting in the infant room and our oldest graduating from Junior K, and throughout every stage, the staff has been nothing short of wonderful. We absolutely love everyone at Tutor Time. The teachers are warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in the kids. Communication is excellent: we receive daily photos and updates, and having access to the classroom cameras lets us peek in throughout the day to see how the girls are doing. It has always given us such peace of mind. Most importantly, both of our girls loved being there. They were supported, engaged, and cared for every single day. Tutor Time has been an incredible part of our lives, and we are so grateful for the amazing team who helped our girls learn and grow. We highly recommend it.

Extremely bad experience I wouldn’t send my kids to this daycare speaking as a fellow ex customer I had a super bad experience with this daycare. Once management changed to Yvonne and Taylor communication was super bad and children will be sent home if there’s no space, I would keep my kids away from this daycare. A huge turnover rate of employees since new management. fully disrespectful and inconsiderate of people schedules.

My granddaughter has attended this school for nearly 3 years, she just turned 3, and we have been extremely happy with the level and of care they provide. Class sizes are decent as far as ratio adults to kids go, it is very easy to check in daily through the app they use, they are timely with announcements and notifications. It is clean and bright and there is a real positive vibe to the whole place. They are creative and they celebrate holidays, have fun days, have visits from community groups, local farms and offer classes from outside vendors, if you want to join. They are observant and diligent in safety protocols, the staff is personable & they remember you and your kids and even when the day is tough, they smile! So if you are in search of a spot for your child or children, make sure to get a tour here and consider them a viable option.

My children and I have been using this Tutor Time for almost a year. They are caring and helpful. My youngest child has learned a ton in his preschool aged class, even though his particular class is daycare, not and not preschool. All 3 kids beg not to go when I pick them up at dinnertime. Any time I've had a situation, they have been more than happy to help. I absolutely love this place and would reccomend.
