Zero from me! Never ever again. The communication is trash, I was getting help with transportation from someone by the name Mrs. Angie - who from what I understand is not an employee just a driver ( assuming they are all family ) and I made a group chat stating not to pick up my children as I had a rental vehicle and was going to pick them up. I sent this an hour before and she still picked up my children from the daycare. She had to return to the daycare to bring my children back and proceeded to come up to my car rental banging on my driver side door saying to text next time. I asked her not to approach my vehicle because my service dog was in the car and she still did not listening to what I told her - DO NOT APPROACH MY CAR. This is not behavior that should be shown in front of my children or any children. As a matter of fact this behavior should not be tolerated at all. Also, 2 days ago when I was in the car being transported with my children I overheard Mrs. Angie tell her passenger ( not sure who she is ) that one of the girls that was walking into the daycare that works in the classrooms was HIGH AS HELL. ABSOLUTELY NOT! My kids will never ever return to this environment. I absolutely do not recommend. Tread very carefully.

⚠️********PLEASE DONT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE******** ⚠️ My friend that was working near by witnessed 3 kids in the middle of the street wandering!!!! they weren't older than 3. took them back to the school and the lady in the front, didn't care and proceeded to say, "they do that sometimes" this is unacceptable, he called the cops so hopefully this is a WARNING TO ALL PARENTS please be careful where you drop off your kids!!!⚠️⚠️

All the staff take great care in making sure your child's needs are always met. I've asked them not to feed my child certain foods due to her allergies, and if ever they are not sure of a food they always call me first, even for birthdays that parents bring in treats. Her teachers all have been great, she has been in three different classes since they change as they have birthdays and have loved each one. You pass teachers in the hallway and they all say hi to you and your child by name, and most are teachers we've never had or know. Can't say enough about how great this school is and with my child getting ready to start public school, I'm going to really miss this place.

It is hard for me to select how many star ratings I should give this daycare establishment. I have had my daughter enrolled here since January of this year. I simply was referred to this daycare through a co worker because they offer weekend child care. . My first issue was with the lack of communication within the staff. My daughter has a dairy allergy. I asked for her not to have milk and they told me I needed to provide a doctors note. Not an issue, dropped off the note to find my out my daughter was still being given milk. I complained about the issue and again weeks later.. there she was eating dinner with a large glass of milk. I had to get upset before the issue seemed to be taken care of Second issue . WEEKENDS. if you are there because you need the weekend assistance do not ever forget to fill out that slip before Thursday right at 5pm or you will have a nice surprise last minute trying to find child care so you can go to work. Yes, I made that mistake when i first got there. with that being said I made sure to be on top of it. They should really advertise their weekend rules a lot better to avoid confusion and last minute stress for the parents. Third. This has to be such a toxic environment to work in. I cant even imagine what being an employee there would be like. Sandy is the most disrespectful, racist, hateful person I have ever come in contact with especially when shes supposed to be delivering at least an ounce of customer service. I have had multiple times where I am just simply walking in to pick up my daughter after a long day and she just gives you rude looks and attitude from the moment you walk in. She opened the door to the classroom and accidentally hit my daughters face and showed 0 care to the fact that she was crying. the list goes on and on Today. Saturday 9/1/2018 I had my daughter written down for Saturday drop off at 9:30am. I had an emergency at work where I had to bring her with me until another staff member arrived. (with the weekends you get an hour after your scheduled drop off time to still be able to bring your child) at 10:15 I had called and said I was going to be there soon please let her in. Sandy said " okay that is fine you have about 15 minutes to still bring her) I confirmed with her that I wouldn't be refused at the door because I know how she is. she said it was fine and then goes " wait who is this?" I said my name and my daughters name and she told me I definitely could not come and that she would refuse us. that right there is pure discrimination and my co workers over heard it in the other office and couldn't believe a daycare facility would have someone like that working for them. So today I had to hide her at my office until I could find a sitter available. I pay out of pocket, I love to donate and in my line of industry I have referred multiple people to check out their program. I never wanted any issues. I just wanted a stress free place to put my daughter while I work. Denise is the glue keeping that place together and the only reason I did not switch day care centers months ago. Going forward I am not sure on what to do. I need the weekend care but not if I am going to be treated like that and make me not trust having my child with someone there who clearly does not like them. I am going to consult with a lawyer as I do feel discriminated against. I

This day care is amazing ! My daughter loves it and has learned so much since she has been going . Denise is the most sweetest human you will ever meet. She has treated my family so good . I walk in this place everyday and have never had any disrespect from the teachers or workers , they are always very pleasant and nice . The place is NEVER dirty, it is always spotless and you couldn’t tell me different because I am there almost every day. Thank you so much , y’all are the best and I appreciate you all .
