Horrid owners with no thought to child safety, how to properly and respectfully run a business, and the children suffer as a result. We constantly had issues with phone calls telling us that our child was aggressive but with no teachers witnessing said events. I went there during lunch to see such behaviors and saw nothing other than teachers ignoring the kids and grouped together chatting. I wish this was the biggest issue but no it got so bad we switched schools within a month or so. Save yourself and your little loved one a lot of grief and look elsewhere.

Our daughter has been at PLA - Chandler for the past year, and we are absolutely devastated that it’s closing. In that time, she has blossomed into such a smart, confident, and joyful little girl. We owe so much of that to the care and love she received at this daycare. We are especially grateful for Miss Sarah, who has been such an important part of our daughter’s growth. From day one, she created a space where our daughter felt safe, encouraged, and so genuinely loved. Miss Sarah’s patience, kindness, and dedication helped her come out of her shell and thrive — socially, emotionally, and intellectually. She truly made a lasting impact, and we’ll never forget her. It’s incredibly sad to see this center close so abruptly. What’s even more disheartening is seeing a few negative reviews that don’t reflect the experience we (and many other families) had here. Our experience was nothing but positive, and we know we’re not alone in that. To the staff and administration at PLA - Chandler: thank you for creating a space filled with heart, care, and growth. You’ve made a lasting difference in our daughter’s life, and we’ll always look back on this year with deep appreciation and love.

My son attended PLA from toddler class all the way through pre-school and pre-K. Previously, we had tried multiple daycare centers in nearby regions, but encountered various situations(not good..) that prompted us to seek out a more suitable environment for him—one where we could find staff who genuinely care for our loved ones. This year, my son graduated from pre-K in Esther's class, and she is amazing in every aspect. Needless to say, all of PLA's staff are fantastic; my son loved them and still remembers their names when reminiscing about the good times he had there. PLA hosts numerous events and activities throughout the year, encouraging parents to come and enjoy time with their children. The most memorable and priceless experience is the graduation ceremony. As parents, you truly witness their growth and learning throughout their journey at PLA. Moreover, PLA records the ceremony for relatives or family members who couldn't attend. I sincerely appreciate PLA's staff and management, and I genuinely feel blessed to have PLA in our community. I highly recommend it to all parents who are searching for the best school for their children

My daughter just finished pre-k this summer. I'm so grateful for the teachers' love and support for my daughter during her 2 years stay here. Every teacher and staff is welcoming and friendly. It used to be a struggle to send my daughter to school every morning before she came to PLA. We have changed different schools and she would always cry, but she's been very happy since the first day in PLA. Mrs. Danielle is an amazing teacher! She has taught knowledge and manner in a nice and effective way. My daughter loves her so much. I would strongly recommend PLA to all parents!

I love PLA, my girls have only been with family members since birth and it was a difficult decision to send them to preschool. I searched far and wide for the perfect school. I found PLA and even though it’s about 45mins from where we live I couldn’t have been happier with my decision. The staff has been so amazing and everyone is genuine and cares deeply! There’s no words to express how thankful I am to have found people that I can trust with my children. They have both come so far since going here and it shows in their learning also! If you’re looking for a good place to send your kids this is it! Thank you to everyone at PLA for the time and care poured into my children it means a lot!
