Only cares about MONEY , Not the clients !!!! Very messy environment , No one acts like an adult in the management and staff , also they are very rude and disrespectful to others !!
We've had 2 job coach's already. The 1st one, Nina, was amazing. We loved her. Very professional very sweet. Loved her job that's why she was so good. Job coach we have now, Niyanna, terrible. Sorry girl but you need a new job/profession. This is not for you. You're not sociable at all. You seem uncomfortable/awkwardness around my daughter. She has texted you a couple times now, with no reply. The 2 times she did see you, you scheduled 1-2 days before. We can't go on with our schedules or lives because we don't know when Niyanna will decide to take my daughter out job searching. TradeWinds, do better with hiring people! They're VERY unprofessional.
Beautiful property. Courteous staff. We saw an employee and asked where the best breakfast was. Tim Voyle?? not sure about his name....stopped what he was doing and personally walked us over to a wonderful restaurant. GREAT vacation. PS...drive the 1.5 hour drive North to swim with the manatees!!
I really like this establishment & the staff was very nice and courteous. My only issue & why I am giving 3 stars is because this is supposed to be an environment to help children & adults with disabilities. It’s nice that they are inclusive but I don’t feel it’s fair that children who need the help have to wait to be accepted because there are no openings because there are others there that don’t have a disability and doesn’t necessarily need the services. I am speaking on the child care side of things since I don’t know the procedures for adults. I also understand that it’s not the children’s fault they are there they go where their parents see fit but I just feel that as a parent if you know your child has no disability then why send them there & take a spot away from a child who may really need the help. At least there could be a procedure to where children who do have a disability are pushed ahead of those who don’t then be in line of first come first serve of those with special needs. These are just my opinions and thoughts.
Joe is an excellent Job Coach! He works great with my son who has Autism. He is very prompt and great with communicating.
