What Parents Say
TOTS AROUND THE CLOCK receives mixed reviews with strong praise from satisfied parents highlighting caring staff, child development, safety, and communication. However, several negative reviews cite concerns about staff professionalism, enrollment process bias, inconsistent staffing, and lack of stimulation activities.
My 2nd set of twins the “cubs” have been going here since they were newborns. They are now 3.5 years old. Mr. John , Ms. Lorna , Ms. Brittney , Ms. Kennedy , Ms. Taya , Ms. Tonya and Ms. K are like family. As a solo parent to 4 children doing my best to work hard and provide for my family this daycare has been my “village”. If it wasn’t for Mr. John I do not know where I would be. Truly grateful.💙💙💙💖
Very safe place for my kids. The team and staff are very caring. Great communication and they actually teach the kids. I have witnessed remarkable growth in my children.
I toured several day cares in the area and this one was the best by far. My 4 month old has been going for 2.5 months now and she is so happy when she is there. The teachers are great with her and it is obvious how much they love her! They keep in contact with me via a messaging app and will send pictures and/or notifications weekly. I would recommend this center to anyone that is weary about dropping their little one off and returning to work. It is the only place I felt comfortable leaving my baby at!
Great organization! My four month old was in another daycare for a month and we transferred her here because it wasn't working out for her. She became more talkative, smiled more and was so much more alert. I highly recommend Tots Around the Clock for Infant Care. It is apparent that the director and the caregivers are there because they are passionate about the well being and really do enjoy caring for children and their parents.
Our child was in this Facility for about 1-1/2 years until we had enough. They can’t keep steady staff there for very long for some reason, when myself or other people have gone there someone is always on there phone not paying attention to what’s going on with the children due to poor structure and no stimulation activities for the kids. The rooms down the hall are always dark and gloomy with limited activity’s. The play ground is very small with nothing but rocks and a few plastic toys in which I doubt they sterilize. I can go on about several other things. My recommendation is not to take your kids to this place.
