My baby has been here for about a year & a half if not longer! I love the entire staff & so does my baby! Very accommodating & treat us like family❤️
My twin 20 month olds love it. The staff love my children. Both he and she are learning and developing everyday. My children run in happy trying to say their teachers names every day, excited to walk theyself in most of the time now so I can’t complain.
Very unprofessional. The owner is shady...asked me several times to transfer my kids to her downtown newport news location which was inconvenient to me. After saying no multiple times...advised me to transfer my son that she claims only she can control. When I told her no..I then had 2 days to decide or withdraw my 6 kids. This is 1 month after social services just paid an annual $600 registration fee. I don't live or work downtown so I should not be given ultimatum because you want to fill your new center. The center is run very unorganized. When i pick up i sometimes have to go to multiple rooms before I find all my children. The staff is very confused. They can never find the children or their belongings. When I withdrew my kids..none of the staff could locate my daughter's belongings from when she was enrolled 1 year before. Very unprofessional, unorganized, and my kids hated the food. They would complain of hair in the food...even maggots. Don't bring your kids to any center affialiated with Eagles Nest or it's owner.
A great place to bring the kids I most say my son is 5 and had attended the day care since he was 18 months I never had a problem. There are camera's and the class rooms are monitored for the safety of the kids.
The owner is a god send. Since going that my babies are learning so much and behaving so much better. Never met people as kind as the people who work here.
