This is an academy you need to bring your child to! The teachers are wonderful, very attentive and patient. My son loved his experience here. What I love most about this school is they keep the children engaged and active. The students here are learning! The leadership here is also superb! The CEO actually works here and is dedicated to the growth and progression of this academy! Best Academy in Kansas City hands down.

The Tomlin Academy has truly been a blessing for our family. My daughter is 8 years old and has been attending for about three years now, and she genuinely loves it there. She does not want to miss what they have planned. That alone says a lot to me. Ms. Tomlin and her staff are warm, patient, and consistent. They take the time to get to know the kids, so it never feels like just a drop-off. It feels like a real community, and I can tell my child feels safe, supported, and seen. On the way home, she is always telling me about her day, what she learned, and the little moments that made her excited. They also put so much effort into making the school feel welcoming. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted with friendly faces and thoughtful seasonal decorations throughout the year, celebrating everything from Black History Month to fall, Easter, Christmas, and more. The kids stay engaged with activities and events that make it feel special. The Christmas party is still one of her favorite memories because Ms. Tomlin gifted her a free, brand new bike. She talks about it to this day, and I will never forget how happy and surprised she was. Moments like that really show the heart behind this place. I also appreciate the diversity in the classrooms. My daughter is learning and growing around kids from different backgrounds, and she has built real friendships here, even inviting some of them to her birthday party this year. Overall, I am beyond grateful for Ms. Tomlin and her amazing team. My daughter has learned so much and grown so much here, and I already cannot wait for my newborn to be old enough to attend too.

I love the details and energy that goes into educating and supporting the children at Tomlin Academy. Mrs. Tomlin uses creativity and great enthusiasm to insure her children have a strong foundation. I love how she puts the care in childcare. Keep up the good work. Our kids are depending on you.

Very good childcare provider with A+ meal service for your child. The classrooms and playground has so many learning activities for the little ones. And this school even has a tomlin bus which can also be rented out for your little one’s birthday parties. Wow it’s so many incentives you can receive here at Tomlin Academy. My two boys attend Tomlin Academy and it’s a great school. I know they are safe and loved there and learning ! They have plenty of programs to be apart of, lots of loving staff. Really a great school for early preschool experience and kindergarten readiness
