Do better! My kids were already playing on the outside playground when we were told they had to leave because daycare had priority. I understand programs need space — but it’s hard not to feel frustrated when families pay for memberships to be here, yet the only thing our kids are really allowed to do is sit in a tiny Kids Club room. Meanwhile, the after-school program has a large space and access to the playgrounds. We were told we could come back after 6pm — when it’s already dark — and that it would be better in the summer when it stays lighter longer. That doesn’t help families trying to use the facility now. On top of that, the pool and gym are only available at limited times, which makes it even harder to actually use the membership we’re paying for.

I'm curious if the person who designed the gym did much weight training? The facility is nice but it is an awful place to lift free weights,. Ive been lifting for going on 20 years. Its the worst ive ever used. The gym is 50/50 free weights/dumbells/smith machine...then bikes/treadmills/7 or so Nautilus machines. All decent stuff but they have so much junk crammed into the freeweight side...its impossible to use or get dumbells without being in someones way. And the gym is never crowded (possibly for this reason) yet, its impossible not to feel cramped. Honestly if there were 0 guests you would still feel cramped and suffocated between the latter pull down and dumbell area. It's so much junk. Like a yard sale. Dump 33% of those treadmills and bikes...again, never being used...and spread out the weight equipment in the avaliable space. Until the id highly recommend weight training at any other facility in thomasville, they are all much more spread out and accommodating to people who aren't seniors....its pretty obvious that serious lifters do not use this facility...can't wait to start at the next gym.

Had the worst experience today. The lady in the gym was rushing me on a machine just to please another couple. I was being harassed by both. She came up to me after my first set and I could notice the couple looking at her and then me. After my third set, literally not even 2 sec went by when I got done, the couple asked me how many I have left and I said one. The same lady walked up again and told me how much longer I have left. I got up and left. I wasn’t on the machine for more than 10 min. I was taking my break on each set on my phone (everyone does it) I’m not gonna sit there and look at space and I’m also not gonna start my next set after a 20 second rest. Very unprofessional. It’s like she wanted to please the couple and I felt very discriminated against. I’ve heard bad stories about the facility but I always give people the benefit of the doubt. I will be canceling the family membership I have with them and will also tell people about my experience.

Have called multiple times to get a hold of youth sports director with no luck. No communication from coach either about practices or anything. Coach does not even coach the kids this is when there are trying to learn the fundamentals.Paid $110 dollars and still my child hasn’t received his hat which said league provides. Do not sign your child up waste of money.

Wonderful fitness center with a great sense of community! Folks at the front desk are super friendly and welcoming. Tour was great. Now a member and attending the Group Fitness classes which are a lot of fun (and sweat). This is the cleanest gym / fitness center I've been to because of the standard of care. Every time I go (3x/week), there is a janitorial staff member visibly working and cleaning. Members also grab one of the many available spray bottles and towels to clean up after themselves. The indoor pool is quite large, at a great temp, and has a lifeguard on duty. Can't recommend this place enough.
