Tiny Treasures Child Development Center

My kids have been attending Tiny Treasures since they were around 3 years old , now they are school age and attend after-school and summer camp there. It's top notch, the staff is awesome. They have become family and have been so critical in the social development of my children. Thanks to Miss. Melinda, Miss. Ashley, and they rest of the incredible folks that make Tiny Treasures awesome.

We love Tiny Treasures! When we moved from FL we were worried to find another daycare that our toddler would love like his previous one, and we found the wonderful hidden gem that is Tiny Treasures for both of our kids (2.5 yo and infant). (Side note - we had our infant enrolled at another daycare for a few weeks until a spot opened for her, and it was the worst experience ever. This isn't our first daycare rodeo.) You're busy and looking at daycare reviews, so let me point out some things we love: - Ms Bonnie is the infant room is a true angel. She has SO many years of experience and it shows. She loves the babies so much and her presence is so calming. She's so attentive and accommodating to match their schedule as close to their home schedule as possible. Our daughter lights up when she sees her every day. They provide purees and table food as we sign off on it, allow us to bring in breastmilk, and are just the best as loving her. - They were so kind and accommodating when we started potty training with our son. They asked us what we had been doing at home so they can help support it at school. It helped my son be very successful because they didn't force their preferences on him - they let us take the lead and supported that. - Tiny Treasures has SUPERIOR reviews by the NC DHHS. - Melinda and Ashley care so much about their daycare, their staff, and their students. - The whole staff is friendly. They all know both my kids by name and greet them every day. They know me and my husband too and are just so welcoming and bright spirits every day. - I feel safety is a top priority. If my kids get any type of boo boo, a report is filed that we have to sign as parents, and depending on the injury, we get a phone call (although majority of them are self inflicted, because my kids are clumsy, but I appreciate the heads up). There are cameras all around the daycare that Ms. Melinda has pulled up in her office always. One day I thought I heard something weird, so I reported it to Ms. Melinda and within an hour she can looked at all the tapes, saw what happened, spoke to the teacher, and called me back to update me. Turns out it was nothing, but I appreciated her looking into it and updating me - high levels of transparency shows a high level of respect and care. Overall, this place and people are great.

If I could give this daycare no stars I would , my stepson was recently discharged due to his parent asking if they had cameras so they could be checked to see what’s going in the classroom bc recently within the last month he has been very verbal expressing that he’s being hit . So at this point we feel as something is being hid due to them telling his parent to come get the child after asking about cameras . I just say be careful where sending your children , this was not the greatest experience for us a this center was not very Unprofessional with nasty attitudes .

My son has been at this daycare since he was 8 weeks old. He will be graduating fifth grade this year. To say that we love this place is an understatement. The director and staff have always had my son's best interest in mind. My son has always enjoyed attending Tiny Treasures. The staff has always treated us like family and there has always been open communication if there were any concerns. I have recommended this daycare to several parents when they were searching for a daycare.

Tiny treasures is going above and beyond to keep our kiddos safe during the pandemic. I am so thankful to have found them and they take wonderful care of my twins . My children look forward to going to daycare and That is something they haven’t done with other centers . They are always smiling and happy when I pick them up too . The teachers and staff have been so kind. They always keep me informed on how their day goes and my son wears a hearing aid and they have been doing a wonderful job making sure he keeps it on . I can’t say enough wonderful things about this center .
