This shelter offers great support the staff is genuinely there for you they help who they see really trying they are attentive to all mother's needs as long as you show that you are actually putting forth the effort, my case manager Ms Crystal was absolutely amazing she was on board with all of my needs and helped me seek housing for me and my children I would definitely recommend for a single mother with children trying to get back on their feet

If you have a real Domestic Violence situation do not come here, they do not take threats and safety seriously, They do not screen the woman that are there, and they allow weapons in the property, THIER front gate is almost always open and anyone can walk in, It's a popularity contest if they like you as a person they will assist you, if they do not they are looking to get rid of you, The Staff here does nothing for Woman empowerment and most days the Residence dress better than the staff. The offer groups about interview process and the person leading the group can't answer basic questions with out cussing. Get what you can get than leave. This place will suck the life right out of you, never get comfortable.

What an awesome beautiful little boutique this is! All of the employees are so super nice everybody that was shopping was extra nice as well they have two rooms one is air conditioned one is not... but even being in the heat was worth it cuz I got some great finds! They were running a half off the entire store sale today as well! I highly recommend this place

The spring is probably the worst out there no support for Single mom’s promises of vouchers never given no clothes for the kids no pampers for the kids roaches all over infested in our beds as well I complained many times to upper management. No one took it serious. I’ve been on the waiting list for somebody to come spray for about three weeks now my son has been sick with a virus for over a week. My son does not go to daycare There are no support groups given here they make me want to go back to my abuser I can’t see a way out I keep asking for help

A friend of mine had to come here, why do they advertise such an awful place that don't really help these women? Hillsborough County is the worst for things like this, Rude people answer the phone and it's just junkie not safe either
