TLE has been a great experience for my daughter. The onboarding experience was very smooth and everything has exceeded my expectations, being a parent putting their child in preschool for the first time. Ms. Shayla and Ms. Tonia have done a great job in the classroom helping my daughter get adjusted and are even teaming up with me to help with potty training! App updates of what the children are doing throughout the day also helped me in making my decision! Great establishment and staff!
Ms. Shaylee in my daughter’s preschool classroom provides a consistent, structured classroom for my 3 year old every day. They do such fun activities and learn so much. I receive multiple photos every day. My little girl is always well taken care of and enjoys going to daycare. The front staff is always warm and welcoming and knows the children by their first name.
I can’t explain how grateful I am to have found Tle on arrowood my son has been coming almost 2 years and I seen nothing but great improvement. He’s always ready to come see Miss Shayla and her co- teacher Miss T (ps2)they are the bomb they understand each and every child different needs and caters to that and always want the best and every much more overall experience my son had with TLE Arrowood is great and couldn’t ask for anything better thank you Ms. tawanna For the tour and ensuring my child safety and will be in you have not let me down thank y’all Avery mom💝
I was very terrified to place my son in another center after having an horrific experience with childcare but the warm welcome TLE offered eased some of the worries away. My son has only been at TLE for a week and he cries when he have to leave some days lol, his teacher Ms. Shayla is awesome she gives daily updates, she’s always smiling and ready to chat about any concerns. I’m so glad I picked this new location for my son’s child care. I even recommended a few friends with kids to this location.
I absolutely love and adore Ms Shayla and her assistant. The safe environment they provide for the students and my child and the way she has helped and cared for my child . I definitely see an improvement since she has became a student in their class ! Keep up the good work you guys a very much appreciated.
