We feel incredibly grateful to have found this daycare for our child. Over the past year, the experience has been nothing short of wonderful. The administrators are exceptionally cordial, cooperative, and always understanding of any situation. They genuinely listen, support, and make parents feel comfortable and valued. That level of professionalism combined with warmth makes a big difference. The teachers deserve special appreciation. They are caring, loving, and truly invested in each child’s development. Their encouragement, patience, and structured approach have had a remarkable impact on my child’s growth. Since joining this daycare, my 3-year-old has started speaking so fluently and confidently. The improvement in communication skills has been noticeable not just to us, but to our friends and relatives as well — everyone appreciates how well he expresses himself now. That transformation speaks volumes about the environment and teaching quality here. If you are looking for a warm comfortable daycare for your kids,this is your heavenly place . Beyond communication, he is learning to behave well, stay organized, and develop positive habits at such a young age. We see growth not only academically, but socially and emotionally too. We love The Learning Experience- Ballantyne!! I cannot say enough good things about all the teachers and staff that have helped us since day one! My son started at 7mo old (is now almost 2.5) and he has had excellent experiences with every class he’s been in along the way! In his current class Miss Renee is truly amazing! She has such a calm but confident way with the kids—she just has a natural gift for getting them to listen and follow directions. She’s so on top of everything and makes me feel completely at ease leaving my son in her care. You can tell she really knows what she’s doing and genuinely loves what she does. We’re so grateful for her and so grateful for The Learning Experience and their staff!

My child has been attending this learning center for a little over 2 years and we have had nothing but positive experiences. My daughter has enjoyed her teachers throughout the years and grew a very strong attachment to her second teacher, Ms. Renee. Ms. Renee has always been very thoughtful, patient, and nuturing with my child. My child has since moved up to the older classrooms, but still asks every morning if she can go to Ms. Renee’s class. As a single parent, choosing a daycare was one of the most important and emotional decisions I’ve had to make—and I can honestly say finding this TLE-Ballantyne has been one of the best things that’s happened for both me and my child. When I went to move him from a daycare that was not the right fit back in the fall, I toured several and while they all seemed decent, I was not having a strong pull for any of them. Then on a whim, I decided to schedule a tour with TLE even though I would be giving up a five-minute commute for an hour one, and I will never forget walking out of there in tears because I just felt in my soul that this is where we needed to be. Tiffany, Maggie and Maddie are three of the friendliest people you will ever meet, and we love seeing them every day on our way in and out. From day one, the environment has been warm, structured, and genuinely nurturing. My toddler is excited to go to school every morning, which speaks volumes. The routines, learning activities, structure, and thoughtful care have helped my child grow socially, emotionally, and academically in ways I could visibly see at home in a matter of weeks. He has some medical conditions that require dietary restrictions and therapy services, both of which the school has easily accommodated and supported in a way I have not seen from other schools. Every staff member knows my kiddo and I by name and never fails to greet us with a smile. The real time updates in the app about how his day is going, in addition to the photos posted each day, help me stay apprised of his day while also being reassured that he is 100% taken care of. For the first time, I can fully concentrate on my work because I know that he is safe, loved, cared for, and I will be promptly notified should there be an illness or injury pop up. I would be remised not to mention the incredible experience we have had with my toddler being in Ms. Renee’s class. Ms. Renee, and our experience in her class, is one of the main things that truly sets this school apart. I was very nervous about how my child would handle transitioning schools, classes, routines, and environments, but it was honestly a breeze thanks in large part to Ms. Renee. She is truly incredible at what she does and who she is as a whole—patient, attentive, and deeply in tune with my child’s personality and needs. She has that rare balance of kindness and structure that makes children feel safe, confident, and motivated to learn. It’s clear she doesn’t just “watch” the children—she truly knows them and invests her time and energy into them in a way that I dreamed about but didn’t know actually existed. The way she communicates with me, celebrates milestones, and supports my child’s development makes me feel like we are a team. And while I could go on extensively, no words are needed when you see my little boy’s face light up when she comes around the corner and he sees her, or the way he talks about her on our commute to and from school. As a single parent with very little outside help, that level of trust means everything. Knowing my child is not only safe, but genuinely cared for and understood, gives me peace of mind I can’t put a price on and well worth the additional hours in the car. I would give this school my highest recommendation to any parent looking for a loving, high-quality environment where their child will truly thrive. We are so grateful to be part of this community and to have the TLE-Staff as an essential and incredible part of my family’s village.

If you're looking for a wonderful daycare for your kids I recommend TLE Ballantyne. I love this daycare. My experience here so far has been great. The administrators and teachers are incredibly amazing 👏. The environment is welcoming, safe, clean, loving, and fun. The playground is a plus for me. I have no complains so far.
