I just wanted to take the time to shout out Root For Kids, they have been there since the very beginning of our journey of finding out our daughter was autistic. They were the first therapists to come out and work with her to get her started while we waited for ABA to start. They were our very first support system outside of our families who understood what we were feeling. And what my family was processing and our next steps. I gained friendships with her therapists and watched as our daughter had completed so much with them alongside ABA. They worked so hard to ensure our daughter was comfortable with them in her space, and was comfortable with them. They helped me learn more about what our daughter might need, and they assisted us in getting a AAC device so our daughter could speak 😭❤️ I know sometimes people don't like them or have an issue with them.. but to those that need early intervention for your kids.. if you need support and to learn how to navigate autism or developmental delays I urge you to consider going to them. After a year and a half, our daughter completed and aged out of the program. And I will miss them dearly. They not only helped our daughter.. but helped us in so many ways and I will forever be so grateful to them for everything they did for her. Thank you so much to her therapists: Lauren, Andrea and Kelly. We will forever be so grateful to you.

My wife and I have used this service for two years now. Never having actually been to their main facility I can't speak for it. I can say, however that the services are invaluable... For someone else. My wife and I do a lot of reading and research on our own so when it comes to the "learning" part it's kind of a bust. Our counselors have always been great and patient. Some of the girls we've met have definitely never seen the world outside southern Utah though. If you're a first time parent, this place is for you. If you're a pregnant teen who still thinks it might be a puppy, this place it for you. If you feel like you might need a little help with potty training or teaching your child to talk or walk... This is the place for you. If you like statistics, this is the place for you. If you like to meet people and you want your child exposed to many other children then this is perfect for you. The free diapers is kind of a perk too.
TLC was amazing with my 2 year old. He had a speech delay and they were extremely helpful in administering and finding the best solutions for him. The Kindermusik classes were lots of fun too.
