My child has been going here since they were an infant and I can't say enough about the quality of care! They are a small family-run center that makes sure the children all feel loved! They know all of our names and its like we are a part of the family as well. Great place for your child to learn and grow!
I cannot say enough good things about The Growing Tree Academy. Enrolling our son there after a very bad experience at another daycare was probably the best decision I will ever make. I came to them at a time I was truly desperate to find a loving place where my son would feel safe and welcome and they provided exactly that. I will forever be grateful to The Growing Tree Academy!
If I could give zero star, I would! Management is the worst!!! I signed up my kids for a summer camp, we were late ONLY 3 MINUTES and they didn't take my kids inside even though we paid for it. It was a field day, my kids were so sad because they really wanted to attend. I begged them almost, I said do it for the kids, nope, they don't care at all! They are the most only money-minded, cold hearted people out there and unfortunately they are running a daycare business.Their policies are the most strict and won't make sense for the most of the times, so beware of this situation before you sign up your kid. My friend told me; they saw her parking her car and this was before 9 am. by the time she got her kid ready at the door it was 09:01 and they didn't take her in because it was passed 1 minute. Can you believe this? I swear I am not lying. So please save yourselves lots of drama, frustration and don't even go near to their door.
I would not recommend this daycare at all. My daughter was playing on the playground monkey bars, and fell off. That is no fault at all to the school; however, what happened afterwards is completely unacceptable. I went to pick up my child from after school at 5 PM and was handed a note Stating that my daughter was Hurt and the accident happened at 4 PM. My daughter could not even walk out of the school I had to carry her. I drove her immediately to the emergency room and she had broken her ankle in 2 spots. She was completely red faced and crying. My daughter later needed surgery as well as a cast for over five months. The major issue here is that the school allowed an hour to pass, and never even called me about the incident. I will never understand how you left a child crying without notifying a parent for over an hour after she was obviously hurt! beware beware BEWARE!!!!!
These people are not professional at all! Check their responses for the bad reviews, check how they talk to people. It explains a lot! They the the most money-minded people out there. They will take your money for sure and won't care about your kid at all! If you are late 1 or 3 minutes for summer camp, they WON'T take your kid inside. They don't care your kid's heart is crashed because you were late 1 minute. It's the most ridiculous thing I've ever seen and sadly these people running a daycare business. God saves and protect the kids from these people. Employees might be nice but the owner and manager are the WORST!!!!!
