The Goddard School

We’ve had such a wonderful experience at The Goddard School. Our son started in the infant room and is now thriving in pre-K, and every stage has been handled with so much care and intention. The teachers are kind, attentive, and genuinely invested in each child’s development. The infant room staff made those early days so reassuring, they communicated everything, from feedings to milestones, and treated our baby like their own. Now in pre-K, he comes home excited to share what he’s learned and proud of his projects. The curriculum blends learning and play beautifully, encouraging curiosity, confidence, and creativity. The environment is clean, safe, and full of warmth. You can tell the staff love what they do. We’re so grateful to The Goddard School for giving our son such a strong and joyful start.

Both my kids attend Goddard and have been there since they were both 5 months old. It has been such a joy watching them grow up there. They have learned so much and it's truly amazing to see. We have had such great experiences with all the teachers that we have had. The teachers are so caring, compassionate and always there to help. My kids walk in with a smile and leave with one. Knowing they are in great hands while my husband and I are work, makes our day easier. The pictures and videos help a lot too! The Goddard School of Norwood will always hold a special place in our families hearts and we are forever grateful!

My son has been at The Goddard School for a year now, and it has been an amazing experience from start to finish. The teachers are warm, patient, and truly invested in the children’s growth. In just a year, I’ve seen so much progress in his social skills, confidence, and love of learning. The curriculum strikes the perfect balance between structured activities and playful exploration, which keeps him excited to go to school every day. He always comes home talking about his friends, projects, and what he learned that day. The staff and administration are also fantastic — they communicate clearly, provide regular updates, and run a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. It gives me total peace of mind knowing he’s in such great hands. We couldn’t be happier with our choice, and I highly recommend The Goddard School to any parent looking for a nurturing and high-quality early education program.

We joined the Goddard Family in 2022 after speaking with and touring other day cares in the area. The feeling we got from the moment we walked into the school was comfort, care, and love - and we have felt that each day since with two children thriving in the program. Both of our children began around 6 months in the infant room. We watched them grow so much with a group of loving and attentive teachers who provided so much support during those early stages. As new parents we were so thankful for Ms. Kerry’s many years experience and Ms. Lisa’s grandma wisdom - we learned so much. As our older child moved through the classrooms, each new class brought new opportunities, care and love. The education and projects are so well thought out and allow the children to explore and learn. They use an app to keep us updated on curriculum, constant photos and videos and of course food/diaper/sleep updates. Plus monthly emails with lots of fun content and exciting activities such as pajama days and dates nights! Goddard’s entire facility is impeccably clean and they take care ensure everything in the classrooms is in great shape. They have great outdoor facilities, from age appropriate playgrounds, trikes/push bikes (both kids favorites!), sport court and an outdoor classroom. We love that our kids spend so much time outside in a safe environment. Even when issues have popped up, they have been met with immediate response from the Directors to take steps for resolution and improvement. They take concerns and feedback very seriously and are always working to provide the best experience for us. They have strong health and safety protocols and communicate everything immediately. This is so reassuring as a parent. In addition to the great experience our children have every day in the classroom, Goddard has great community / family programs. Their Halloween and Holiday parties for the whole family are truly two of our favorite events of the year. Over the summer they even held an outdoor movie night! Not only have our children formed very special friendships at Goddard, but we have too with so many parents in the community. We feel so lucky to have found Goddard and that our children have had such a wonderful experience. The feeling that we got the first moment of our tour was absolutely right!

The Goddard school of Norwood has met every one of our expectations. As new parents, My Wife and I were a little bit hesitant on starting our son in daycare. However, the Goddard school of Norwood made us feel more than comfortable and confident that our son is taken care of and safe. Between the multiple updates per day, and the ability to call or go visit when we please, we have one less stress or worry throughout our already busy days. And on top of it all, our son loves it there and we look forward to his future there.
