With 2 littles, we spent time in almost every classroom. Positives: 1. Ms. Dajha (Station 9) is absolutely wonderful 🩵 2. Extra activities- they offer Soccer Shots and Giggle Bus (At an extra cost but our children loved it- so it was worth it) 3. Cost is more affordable than other centers in the area. Negatives: 1. High turnover rate and teachers appear overwhelmed. 2. Lack of communication- this is across the board. Between teachers, front office staff and parents. 3. Concerns (unexplained bruises/bite marks/continually coming home in soiled underwear/diapers etc) are often dismissed. We experienced this with teachers, front office staff and the director. 4. Unprofessional. There were several instances where teachers spoke about private information related to our children in front of other parents. 5. Lastly but most importantly, they lost sight of our 2 year old for 10+ minutes and we were not notified until 9pm the following day. This entire situation was handled poorly and played a big part in our decision to move to an area with better childcare options. I encourage anyone that is considering The Depot to check the State Website. This will give information on compliance history: reports, violations and inspections. As a parent, this information is SO helpful when considering a childcare center. Im thankful our children developed great friendships with their classmates. This is the sole reason we stayed as long as we did but ultimately, it came down to peace of mind and once that was gone- we knew it was time to make a change.

If I can give triple 0 stars, I would!! This center hides behind the walls of a Church. God had already warned me of the false prophets within this center. Misty Brown is not to be trusted! My child had multiple incidents within the center. I had to request an incident report on each accident. I’m grateful that my child was able to explain what happened, if not I wouldn’t have known. I was constantly locked out of Procare without any explanation. Misty Brown was plotting to have my child taken from me. She took photographs of my child on her personal phone, without my consent, and was sending them to my ex. She was very aware of my custody situation, and was sending my ex private emails about my personal information. My child didn’t learn anything while attending the center. My child would come home daily complaining about other kids hitting her. Some days, she didn’t want to go. I wouldn’t recommend this center to anyone!!!!! You shouldn’t praise God, under wicked intentions.

Been using the Depot for a bit now. My son is in the infant room. The teachers there are incredible. They take care of the children and my boy gets excited when he sees the teachers. They also do a very good job of cleaning and keeping the floors clean. They’re very responsive and keep my wife and I up to date with everything he does. All the teachers throughout seem to be great with the kids and I know we will be using this place until he’s in kindergarten. Misty is an incredible director and does a good job with the teachers and kids!

We enrolled our son at The Depot Childcare Center in early 2024 after moving nearby. Initially, it was an affordable and convenient option. However, once he turned two, we noticed frequent classroom transitions throughout the day and inconsistent staffing—something we hadn’t experienced at his previous center or during my own time working in childcare. His behavior began to decline shortly after, and we received notifications about negative incidents with other children. We were told this was due to staffing shortages and that things would improve once a new teacher was hired. However, he was soon moved into another classroom with even less structure, and his behavior worsened. Communication with staff was minimal. We often dropped off and picked up outside of teacher hours, and updates via the app were generic and inconsistent. Despite our repeated efforts to stay informed and address the behavior at home, the lack of stability at the center clearly impacted our son. Over the last few weeks, we were called multiple times to pick him up due to behavior incidents, even as we continued to ask for more transparency and support. On July 31st, after a day where we were told he had done well, we received a phone call—after pickup—from the director stating that our son was being dismissed from the program due to parent complaints and ongoing behavior issues. This decision came just a week after being told a new teacher had started and better days were ahead. We understand our son’s behavior has been challenging, and we’ve taken proactive steps including seeking therapy and implementing strategies at home. But we were never offered a meeting or a transitional plan. Dismissing him without giving the new teacher a chance to work with him or involving us in a collaborative plan feels unfair—not only to our son but to us as parents who have tried to partner with the center throughout. Since the beginning, there has been little to no accountability from the center. The behavioral challenges only began when the staffing and structural issues started, and the continued instability set my son—and our family—up for failure.

I can not begin to explain how grateful I am for this daycare. Our previous daycare closed which last minuet and Misty and her staff took us in with open arms. The teachers here are PHENOMENAL I really don’t know how I got so blessed.. my son loves his teachers and if there is an incident they don’t wait around they let you know ASAP. I have watched my 2 year old come closer to God and grow in so many different ways I am truly am blessed! Thank you Depot staff we love each and every one of you!
