The Children'S House Of West Chester

I absolutely adore The Children's House! My younger children have attended this daycare over 4 years. I have never seen such a diverse and dedicated staff. You can tell they want to be there and want to do a good job and THEY DO, everyday! They are more than daycare providers; they are teachers, confidants and practically extended family. The directors have been consistent with staffing and display open communication with the parents and children. I'm a mother of 6 and I will tell you my older children have often said they wish they could've attended this daycare too... if only I knew The Children's House existed then, I would've sent ALL my children there!

I absolutely love The Children’s House West Chester. My kids have been coming to the school since my daughter was 6 months old and my son since he was 18 months old. My kids are now 5/6. We wouldn’t go anywhere else. We struggle with the fact in the fall he will have to go somewhere else because we are not in the same district. The teachers are amazing. They are so compassionate and love the kids as if they are their own. The administration is amazing and always trying different things. Tailgating with Dad and Prom are two of our favorite events. They do a wonderful job!!

My children have been going to the childrens house for over four years now. I can honestly say that even if we didnt live around here, I would still make the extra drive to send them here. The teachers are amazing as well as the administrative staff. I was reading all of the comments on here and it's just so hard to believe anyone would ever hate this place. My older child has previously had problems with his behavior and the staff was so courteous and understanding. They helped me get his behavior under control and I will forever be thankful for that. I have gone through multiple directors and teachers and the ones we have now are by far my favorite. It's hard to find a place, as a helicopter mom LOL, that you truly trust with your kids and know that they love them (almost) as much as I do :) I really appreciate the kindness Jill has always given me, saying hi when I walk in, hugging my kids goodbye, etc. She is so real. Thank you so much, The Childrens House!

The Children's place is not the most professional daycare on the block. The lead staff at the Children's house is horrible. They are condescending and rude at times. Very unprofessional behavior and I expect more given the experience the daycare offers the children. Untruthfulness and tag teaming is not my idea of how parents should be treated. I tolerate the behavior for my children's sake. If you want a professional experience don't come here.

I honestly dont think there is enough space to write how pleased I am with this center. Both my daughter and son attend this school and they absolutely adore it. Anytime there has been any incident, I have always been informed with details down to the T. Anybody that has anything bad to say about this place has to be absolutely crazy. From the activities, to the knowledge absorbed, the love being shown, and thoughtfulness. This center is really the “village” that helps raise your child. Being a father and feeling so secure about my children’s safety, happiness, and overall well being has been the best thing ever and one less stress or worry in my day. I thank every last staff whom cares for my 2 kids. We love this place and I would recommend it a thousand times and then some.
