Both my kids attend this day care i honestly do not have anything bad to say i have never had any issues. The director Kelly is definitely the heart beat of this day care. She is amazing! My kids love going to this day care they love their teacher Kristy Evans. They feel very comfortable and secure around her which puts my mind at ease as a parent. She is always organizing creative activities for the kids they have fun while learning. I usually do not leave reviews unless its bad but this was well deserved i want to give them their flowers
I normally do not give reviews but this day care deserves one. I am a very happy parent and absolutely love this day care, Pre-k is awesome! Ms Paula and Ms Brenda are so sweet they love what they do. My daughter comes home happy everyday. Day care is clean and organized. The afterschool day care also takes very good care of my daughter. Everyone does a good job with communicating I am very blessed to have come across Tender Years and Learning.
Very disorganized. One person is telling me this information then you have another telling you something else. Brought my child and they told me they didn’t have him in the system or knew he was coming when I was just told in person that my child could attend the next day. 6-20-24 if I could give this place negative 100 star rating I would. Has gone through so many directors, very unprofessional and disorganized, teachers going back in forth in the middle of facility on level 100. Failed to mention to me that my child has fell under their care. The director Felecia tried to block me from leaving the building when I was trying to get my phone out of my car to get the bill situated. Then proceeded to lie on my name and say that I said something that I clearly did not, threatened to diss enroll my child from the daycare. Which is no threat the care is not top notch and will continue to be this way until there are corporate changes. I will be talking to the proper authorities. This place deserves to be shut down
Wow! Parents found out this morning, that the school is closing permanently on 10/31. I know that things happen but now these parents will have to make haste in order to discover a replacement Pre-K program, and childcare for their kids. I am deeply saddened for my granddaughter who has grown to love her friends that she will no longer see after 10/31 as well as my granddaughters amazing and caring teachers. My precious granddaughter will be desolate losing the friends she has made and talks about constantly, as well as the teachers she adores. Starting at a new school will not be comfortable for these kids. I will be praying for an easy adaptation for all of the Pre-K students, as well as the younger children. I will also be praying that all of staff find employment soon. Best of luck to all parents as well as staff.
Tender Years has been a total GodSend to my family. We’ve only been there about a year now and in that year we have had our share of teachers and directors. Kelly (Ms KK) is so sweet and kind and does her best to openly communicate everything that’s going on in the center. My daughter’s teacher Ms Kristy is the best because they love on my baby like she’s theirs, this says a lot because my baby doesn’t do people! But she LOVES Tender Years. Also I know that Kristy is really trying with these kids because I’m kicking her out of Hobby Lobby at least once a week because “her babies need crafts, or her babies need photo props” I’m pretty sure she’s using her own money to fund these activities and not once have I heard her complain!
