My 6 year old granddaughter started in October 2024. New to the school district, Learn N Play was the only program that called me back same day. Mrs. Ashley was pleasant and very inviting. The staff has been amazing with her and she looks forward to being there and visiting the "treasure box". Everyone has been so kind and helpful.
We have been at this daycare for over 6 months and it has been nothing but amazing! The afterschool teacher Mrs. Ashley has been nothing but amazing and she has been super sweet to my two children! The director Mrs. Sarah always makes me feel so welcome when i step foot through the door! My children are VERY well taken care of and they love going to this daycare! Thank yall so much for everything you do!!☺️✨
Learn-N-Play is the best facility within 3 counties at least. I have two children with Autism. My son is now 5 and has severe autism. Learn-N-Play was the only daycare in the area with an extremely experienced staff to best work with my children. They were also very inviting to the ABA therapists that I had coming and working at the daycare with my children. I saw a review below that referenced Penny, the owner. I would disagree with EVERYTHING she stated about Penny. The whole team to include the owner, director and complete staff instantly becomes like an extension of your family when your child attends there. Penny and Patty in the front office are the two most selfless and loving people that you could ever trust your child with. There is also a comment that a boy was injured at Learn-N-Play if you dig. That is completely incorrect. That sweet boy that recently went to be with Jesus was injured at another daycare. This tragic event should NEVER be brought up to slander any person or business. That was a tragedy that all of us that live in Barrow County followed closely. We followed it not to cast blame but to show love and support for his family. We live in a day and time where you have to be extremely careful of where you let your kids go or who you let watch them and Learn-N-Play Academy is a staff and location that I would put up against ANY other for my kids. Thank you Penny and Learn-N-Play for the love and devotion you ALL pour into my kids!!!

I went to sign my child up for pre-k, I was handed forms, told to fill them out and then a lady told me there were 2 spots available if we wanted it. I said yes very excitedly since my child was not picked for lottery. The woman was not rude, but not friendly. I expected there to be some excitement or smile or thanks for bringing your child here, there was none of that. I was told we'd get forms in the mail, was not offered a tour or any other information about the facility or teachers. We received the forms. I was again expecting some excitement for the start of school, welcoming my child telling us all about the fun they would have this year. Instead there were instructions about what not to do, parking, ect. Nothing that would make me excited to bring my child there. No positivity or excitement about the start of a huge milestone. I called the office to inform them I would not be bringing my child there and there was a very abrupt end to that conversation. Again, I am very glad I made the decision to not enroll my child there.
