I loved the staff here. They were amazing with my infant son and cared for him as if he were family. I felt that they were working with him to meet developmental milestones and he was happy. The director was almost always onsite and seemed to know the personalities of all the children. She was available via text/phone pretty much anytime. We're not bilingual so had a language barrier when it came to interacting with the afternoon staff in the infant room who didn't speak English.
I wouldn’t even give this place a 1 star ! I had my son in here for only 3 weeks before he started showing signs of abuse !! His father said my son completely freaked out once they pulled into the parking lot ( major red flag since my son has never done that at school or any Day cares ) so I decided to leave work early and pop in with out letting the daycares know . Once I arrive my son Is sitting in his chair SOAKED IN PEE - HE WEARS DIAPERS ! ( even his socks were completely wet ) my son didn’t even run to me when he seen me he just instantly started crying and just stared at the daycare worker waiting for her to say it was OKAY TO GET UP FROM THE SEAT !! Once I grabbed him and tired to take him to the bathroom he completely lost it , wouldn’t even let me take him in ! Was holding on the walls not to go in the bathroom ! As if something was done to him there …. I immediately called the police and they called the owner and requested video footage … but of course the cameras were not working !!!
Absolutely fantastic daycare/learning center! My daughter loves going. Staff members are amazing with the children and parents!
