Just wanted to take some time to highlight Tanglewood and their childcare program. We started back in June so my kid could get used to the new change before VPK. Since starting here my 4YO has sky rocketed in intelligence, problem solving skills, and his fine motor skills! He could talk when first starting, but his word forming needed assistance. Since attending here my kid says full blown sentences and is talking how he should be now for his age! Whilst also being able to even recognize familiar words and write his name now :) I appreciate the teachers, and administration as they ALL show family oriented working women in this building! Bringing a sense of comfortability when we drop our son off was big for us and they deliver with ease daily! I am going to be sad when it is time to transition my kid to Kindergarten :( I recommend all of my parents to try Tanglewood! They genuinely care and my kid LOVES it here, as well as he’s loved here! Our experience at Tanglewood has been absolutely wonderful. From the very beginning, the team has been thorough with paperwork, clear in communication, and transparent in pricing. I receive daily updates from my child’s teacher, along with weekly summaries about what’s happening in the classroom, which helps me stay connected and informed. The summer program was fantastic—my daughter had so much fun, and the foam party on the last day was definitely a highlight! As a single mom, I feel very confident in the quality of care and education my child receives at Tanglewood. I would highly recommend it to any parent looking for a supportive, fun, and engaging learning environment.
We’ve had a wonderful experience with Tanglewood Learning Center, and I can’t say enough good things about the care and attention they provide. One of the things I appreciate most is their strong communication skills, they always keep me informed about my child’s day, from meals and naps to learning activities and social interactions. They are quick to call if anything seems off with my child or my child fell. Whether it’s through daily reports, emails, or quick check-ins at pickup, I always feel connected and in the loop. Just as importantly, the staff is extremely diligent when it comes to my child’s safety, especially regarding health and wellness. They have clear, consistent protocols for illness prevention and hygiene, and they follow them closely. It’s clear they take the well-being of every child seriously, and that peace of mind means the world to me. It’s a warm, nurturing environment where I know my child is safe, happy, and growing, and that’s more than I could ask for.
We moved our 3-year-old son to Tanglewood after he was having issues at his previous school, and they were kind enough to work with us and squeeze him in. Since then, my son has been coming home happy and peaceful, and I’m finally able to focus at work knowing he’s safe and cared for. Ms. Debbie was so welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional from the start. The school itself has excellent safety features like secure punch codes and locks, which really gives me peace of mind. His teacher, Ms. Christina, is so caring and creative—she fills the classroom with fun, thoughtful toys that spark curiosity and learning, and she also always has the best earrings! They even offer a soccer program during the school day (for an extra fee), which I think is completely worth it. It saves me an extra drive, helps him get his energy out, and teaches teamwork alongside his classmates. There's another program, too, that they offer. It promotes public speaking and confidence. We haven't tried it yet but will be soon! Thank you, Tanglewood :), for being such caring leaders for Xander while Daddy and I are away at work. We are so grateful!
Our family has been a part of this school community for years, and I cannot say enough about the positive impact it has had on my child’s education. The teachers go above and beyond to not only teach but truly enhance academic learning. They challenge students to think critically, encourage curiosity, and provide the support each child needs to succeed. Beyond academics, I’ve watched my child grow in confidence, responsibility, and love for learning year after year thanks to the dedication of the staff.
