My child attended the Sunrise Preschool on 2122 W Indian School Rd from age 3 months until 20months old. The staff at this school was great. The daycare uses an SPS app which the staff uses to update caregivers on their children’s activities, diaper changes, foods offered, and if any supplies are needed. The app is also used to provide photos of your child during play. The location was secure with outside doors being locked and inaccessible unless buzzed in by the staff or through a specific code given to each caregiver. My child enjoyed going to class and the staff fostered learning and social development skills. I would highly recommend this daycare/preschool

Supper happy with this daycare I have brought my kids here for about 6 years and everyone of the staff members are always happy to help with any question. Joanne and Beatrice are my favorite

My first born Benjamin started attending Sunrise Preschool at Indian School & 19th Ave since he was one year old. Benjamin developed social skills, he had a head start with learning basic things before going to elementary school. I like the schedule and structure of nap time, circle time, reading time, eating and playing. The best part is the staff Joanne really cares about the children and she loves them like her own. Beatriz, Carmen & Francisca are wonderful teachers who have been essential on the development of my children. My second born Leonardo started attending the same location since he was 6 months old. I am willing to drive 30 min from my home because I trust that my child will be safe and loved.

WORST TOUR EVER! It seems nice when you walk in but after doing a tour I would not want my kids there. In the infants room there was only 4 babies and one teacher who was sitting and feeding one baby while two babies were sitting there crying the whole 30 minutes I was at the desk and doing a tour. The other baby I noticed when I walked in through the window. Biting on her shoes that where black on the bottom I said something but was ignored. Said something again while was on the tour then the lady went in and took the baby girls shoes. All the babies were bored stuck in there cribs. The infants outside area was extremely dirty there was some homeless person campsite right by the gate to where any baby could crawl up to it and bite at a black trash bag full of dirty clothes and choke or become extremely ill. Then walking over seeing the after school room. Watching two kids fight and the teacher starring at both of them not saying or doing anything. The lady that gave me a tour said they always do that there just playing but both kids were very mad. The little Mexican kid started it but instead they made the little white kid get pulled out of class and sit in the office. Which seemed so racist because most people were Mexican and the little kid didn't start the fight he was getting bullied. He was a good kid talking to me trying to help me with my 5 year old. Sitting with his little uniform on just waiting to play. The office lady just kept saying they need more staff instead of addressing anything. This place needs camera's and need to be under review from BBB and DES

Both my kids went here for a week free due to some special program. Started process with Joanne (and co-manager?) and never felt like they were interested in me from Day 1. No greetings when I came in which is fine I get it you manage kids all day. Nearly everyday of that week except Friday because I kept complaining my son would be in a different class and they couldn't ever find him until I started just looking myself. However when I did find him he seemed to be well taken care of and was having fun. My daughter is a handful she hates when I leave her their so I imagine she was some trouble. But her class is large and staff small. Most pickups were bad to me. She was bite by some kids 3 days in a row. No incident report was filed. Staff knew nothing. Nothing. After that I took out my kids wasn't having none of that. I came here because they have great rating. Disappointed.
