The team at Sunflower is exceptional. They are very communicative and I always feel that I can ask questions and talk things through. My daughter loves going- every morning she runs toward her teacher and gives her a hug. The staff all seem experienced and loving and I haven't seen any staff turnover since my daughter started a year ago.They do many activities and fun celebrations, and they go outside most days. The food seems to be quite wholesome and they post the menu every week. My daughter has an issue with dairy and they were flexible with alternatives. The owner Irina really knows what she's doing and does things by the book. My family is one of the few who don't speak Russian and we have still felt welcome and at home there. I am truly impressed by the whole experience and so grateful we found Sunflower.

We absolutely love Sunflower Russian Daycare in Burnsville! From day one, it has felt like a second home for our family. It was really important to us to raise our daughter bilingual, and finding a place that could nurture both her language and cultural roots has meant so much. Sunflower checks every box — the teachers are incredible, caring, and so intentional about everything they do. Our daughter loves going every day. She’s excited to see her teachers and friends, and she’s constantly coming home with new songs, words, and skills that amaze us week after week. The staff does such an amazing job blending play with learning, and you can tell how much they genuinely care about every child’s growth and happiness. We’re so grateful to have found this daycare — it’s been a perfect fit for our family, and we can’t recommend it highly enough.

They put in a lot of effort to make a structured, educational program for kids' development and growth. I especially appreciate the immersion language since my husband speaks English (I speak Ukrainian; close enough to Russian) thus we speak primarily English at home, but now my kids can pick up the language better as this is important to me and our cultural background. I am very impressed with their educational programming, crafts, effort for costumes, music programming, and all that they do to provide a fun and enriching experience for kids. They provide healthy meals too. The staff and director are excellent, and my two kids adore their main teachers. I highly recommend this setting.

I think this is the best bilingual daycare!!! We enrolled our little one a year ago, at the age of 1.5 years, and we were very worried about how he would adapt at that age. The adaptation took literally 2-3 days, and the kiddo loved it from the very next week. Now our little one can't wait for Mondays to go to see his friends and favorite teachers he's made there. Special thanks to the teachers who do an amazing job, and a special thank you to our beloved teacher Miss Vika ❤️, for her wonderful work with the toddler group and the various creative games and activities she conducts with them. Also, a huge thank you to all the staff and the wonderful director, Miss Irina 💐 for making this place magical and for making the children love it so much!!!✨ We live far away, and the one-way trip takes about 35 minutes, but it's really worth it, and we have never regretted choosing this particular daycare!

If you are looking for a great daycare for your little one - look no further. This place is amazing! I can’t express good enough how me and my daughter loved it. My baby girl was in toddlers group and we want say special THANK YOU to Ms.Vika, who was our teacher. She not only look after my child, but she truly loved her, educated her and was like a grandmother. Irina, the owner of the daycare is a certified teacher and she runs Sunflower not only as a business but as a place where they really care! They always organise a lot of great events for the kids, invite musicians, create art classes etc etc. Oh and what hooked me a lot from the beginning is that they have their own cook and kids diet is healthy, well-balanced and freshly cooked. No frozen food at all! We really miss this amazing place and thank you all once again.
