Absolutely love this daycare! The staff is warm, patient, and truly care about each child. My two kids have grown so much here — socially and academically. As new parents, we were of course nervous to send our daughter anywhere after taking care of her ourselves for the first year. This New Horizon location has been nothing but wonderful. Tracy is always on top of our confusing schedules and willing to work with us. Ms Talia is always energetic and you can tell she loves working with the kids. We always get a detailed report to help alleviate the anxiety of being first time parents. Our daughter always seems to have fun and participates in a variety of age appropriate activities.

This center has truly been one of the best places I've ever taken my children. I've experienced many daycare facilities, but I can honestly say that when my kids eventually outgrow this one, I will genuinely miss everyone here. The staff is incredibly attentive and dedicated to ensuring that my children develop the skills and knowledge appropriate for their age. Tracy, the director, and the teachers are excellent at communicating any issues or concerns I might have. My kids absolutely love attending daycare, and I have never felt more at ease and secure about their care. I am deeply grateful for everything the teachers and director do to create an environment where both children and parents feel comfortable and excited. I will always appreciate the support I've received and their commitment to ensuring my children are well cared for, supported through challenges, and recognized for their good behavior.

We’ve been sending our son to New Horizon Academy for a year now. The staff is responsive and kind. If we ever had a question, they’ve been a great resource to get answers. They have fair policy to have you get the most out of your daycare experience while emphasizing safety. Communication has been paramount for the staff there; we receive daily updates of our son’s activities, photos, instant messages, and email updates from the staff. We have had a great experience here and our son enjoys seeing his teachers everyday.

We really enjoy the experiences our children have had New Horizons! The staff is incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely cares about the children. I’m constantly impressed by the thoughtful activities they provide that encourage learning and creativity; while also developing important social skills. I also appreciate the daily updates I receive about my child’s activities, meals, and naps – it makes me feel connected even when I’m at work.
