I could not be happier with my experience here so far, if my child can't be home with me this place is absolutely the next best thing. Delaney, the director, has been there for me every step of the way of getting my son transitioned into here and the team of teachers she has assembled is nothing short of amazing (Ms. Sam & Ms. Parker - THE BEST!). I fully trust the entire staff and continue to be impressed by everything they do and how they do it. From day one, everyone has introduced themself and been so welcoming. My son's speech has almost instantly improved since starting and I love that they offer support with potty training. I am so grateful and feel so lucky to have this daycare become an extension of what we call "home", my son's growth is definitely a reflection of the incredible care that is provided here.
Can't say enough about this team at Pittsford Care-A-Lot...love them and baby Anthony does to. The director Delaney goes above and beyond to keep me informed and making sure Anthony well being is monitored. He has visits that involve transport with Medical Motors and she doesnt hesitate to step right in if Anthony is not back to daycare in time. 100% has been a support to me as well. Thank you! Our kids started the preschool program last year, and they love it! They are always doing crafts, learning new things, and playing outside. They love their teachers and are really excited to go to school. I also appreciate that the teachers update us about how the kids' day is going, and can easily send pics and announcements through the app used by the center. We're really happy with our decision to enroll our kids here!
We have loved our time with Care-a-lot Pittsford. The staff are amazing, very communicative and so caring. They not only take really good care of the kids, but they are skilled educators. We get updates and photos throughout the day, and plenty of time to prepare the kids for any changes. I can't say enough good things about this daycare!
We have had a very positive experience at CAL - Pittsford. The staff does a great job communicating and provides frequent updates to parents through their app. They focused on my infant's development and maintained the daily schedule we had been using. The part-time option was very convenient for us as well. The Director, Katie, is amazing - thank you Katie & team!
