My children have been going here for several years now and my entire family loves them!!!! They have the Best rates in Town. All staff have there Child care Credentials which is a Plus. My 3 year old loves the playground, She says her favorite thing is playing on the Monkey Bars........ I get worried, but I know its age appropriate and great for Gross motor skill. She really enjoys her independence on the playground!!!!!! Stepping Stones CDC is great!!!!!!👏👏👏👍
Sometimes price isn't everything. I thought this was going to be the perfect place for my son. Yes the building is a little run down and out of date. But what do you expect for $120.00 a week. I even overlooked the director yelling at the staff as I was turning the door knob to enter the facility. What can't be overlooked is what happens next. My son was very excited on his first day. However the next day, he wanted to walk to his class and not go in upstairs where the children gather to wait on the their teacher. As I was trying to coach him into going upstairs. The teacher who was there looked at me and said; "does he need to go back home?" I was taken aback, usually when a child is being hesitant the teacher encourages the child to come in and join the class. Not this lady. She could care less, clearly her passion for children and the job no longer exist. I don't know about you but I do not want my child spending 8 hours at a place where the teacher could care less if he is there or not. Not mention, I didn't take him back and I did not receive one phone call from the director. Save yourself the headache.
Awful experience. Don't send your children here. My 3 year old broke her elbow in their care. She was on the monkey bars, which she shouldn't have been because she is too young to manipulate monkey bars by herself. She fell. She went 8 hours without medical care until I arrived and took her straight to the ER because she wasn't moving her left arm at all. They didn't realize how serious the injury was. I was told by the director the next day as compensation for the injury and how it was handled I would not have to pay tuition "for a very long time." Two weeks later school started and my oldest started Kindergarten. They told me the day of school they are unable to pick up my oldest from school and the "free tuition" will no longer be honored. It was very unprofessional and left me in a bind in addition to a $3500 medical bill that they feel no obligation to help pay. I would not recommend this establishment at all!
I like this place alot!!!!!!!!! My 3 kids have been going here for over a year now its like family..... The Summer Camp is what my 6 year old has been waiting on all school year. She loves all the weekly field trips that they go on. The entire staff are wonderful if your looking for a small local daycare..
Just called here to inquire about information regarding the school. The person that answered the phone(assistant director) refused to answer my question only to insist she had no room for my daughter. She was rude , hung up without providing quality assistance to my needs. I wouldn’t even want to visit this location if this is the attitude. Her exact response and I quote” we work with Down syndrome, goodbye” so happy to see this attitude before wanting to take a visit. Working with special needs children and parents requires patience and a nurturing attitude NOT what I felt here.
