Fantastic educational place, Mrs. Mitchell is Professional, caring and well organized. Mrs. Hailey and Mrs. Jones really care and truly want the best for your child Easily one of the best schools i have enrolled my kid in and i love how engaged they are. Rashed look forward to going to school daily and the education is even very well managed. My child loves their teachers. They are kind, caring and he is excited to see them every morning

We have enjoyed our child's success and experience at this school. Ms.mccluney and Ms. Strong have been amazing teachers. The whole staff is very welcoming. BUT the parking lot is awful!!! They really need to fix this issue soon. If it wasn't for that one issue. They would easily get 5 stars.

I have 5 children, all of them have gone to a Headstart program. This is a joke, I don't know if it's north Carolina or this one in particular but I am so dissatisfied with my experience here. The hours make doing anything impossible, my son started 9/2016, it's 3/2017 and he has had so many teachers I've lost track. There's a new director and I have yet for her to even formally introduce herself. The parking is a nightmare as is getting in and out. Luckily it ends in May, I would take my son out now, but of course I am in no position to afford daycare while I take day classes to further my education. I've recently received paperwork that my son can attend next year, not if you paid us. Atleast with the previous director and teachers I felt respected and like I could talk to them. These people now make you feel like you'll catch a case if you say more than hello. I am so disappointed, I am a product of Headstart as well, this place is a glorified daycare center where if I could, would never step foot in again.

Administration and paperwork issues created a big problem with consistency and my child paid the price being excluded and sent home early often bc he has special needs.

Great company wonderful staff fun loving environment for the whole family.
