This daycare seemed perfect for my baby until I Ms. Nancy which is the director! She is ignorant & rude also racist to say the least! My son only lasted 3 days. All he did was cry and they was not trying different things to soothe him! On the 3rd I sat with just to see what goes on & yes that was his last day! If your Black this is not the daycare for you

my oldest daughter told me recently about an encounter at this center. she told me how she watched a teacher yank her sisters arm so hard that she creamed in pain, and that she didn't say anything because she was scared they would hurt her. She also told me how they hit kids there. I wish she would have told me this THEN because I would have filed a complaint. it makes perfect sense why everyday I dropped her off, she would cry and beg not to stay. I write this review now to warn anybody thinking of enrolling their children here. DONT DO IT!!! THEY HIT YOUR KIDS!!!!!

Gave them one star because that’s the lowest it can be rated aside from that they would’ve got 0 starts. I started college in February, I took my son here for an hour 3x a week and everything fine I was off for the summer from school so He didn’t attend the daycare during that time being, I had let them know that he would be returning back in September and they assured me that would be fine. The last week of August I called to make sure everything is still according to our agreements since I hadn’t receive any updates from them and now they tell me that they are no longer going to be picking up kids from that school where my son get picked up from to go to daycare. Nancy the main lady in there got very disrespectful with me when I asked If could have my registration fee back since they didn’t give me a call to let me know they no longer pick up from my sons school and to find a daycare at last minute. She got very rude, saying I always picked up my son early and he didn’t even stay the full time(which I pay out of pocket for) so yes if I can pick him up earlier of course I would. I hope this doesn’t happen to any other parent, I am very upset this place is very unprofessional and doesn’t care enough about the to even give them a notice about no longer doing the services in which you paid for.

What a disgusting place. I will never leave my child with anyone who works here and thinks it is ok
