Kindercare Learning Center - Fox Chase

My toddler has been here for over a year and is thriving. The staff in the infant rooms have been fantastic. The assistant director, Ms. Veronica, is on her A game and always available and helping the staff. She helped us get settled in quickly after we had a terrible first day of care at another facility. We were so grateful she was able to give us a tour with no notice. Seeing the facility without having scheduled a tour ahead of time gave us an invaluable peek at what the day to day is there with out feeling like everything was a pre practiced presentation. The kids here are happy. I have personally only seen one or two tantrums for toddlers getting dropped off. I think I have seen way more children upset that they are being taken home! Special shout out to Ms Dana, Ms Jasia, and Ms. Becky. Dana and Jasia have been fantastic teachers. My toddler reaches for them like family and she has learned so much under their care. Becky has been very accommodating to my child's food allergies and very communicative! I drive 25 minutes out of my way to bring my child here and I would be hard pressed to move my kid to another facility. All the staff genuinely care for the kids. I would definitely recommend this facility.

Our 4-month-old daughter has made so many strides under the wonderful care of Ms. Dana, Mr. Warner and the rest of the team at KinderCare. I firmly believe she wouldn't be eating solids and crawling like she does now without their support and love for our daughter. Couldn't recommend them enough. Management is also top flight and will go out of their way to interact with our baby girl when they have time out of their schedule.

To summarize this review, I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for high quality childcare. My son started going here in March and I haven’t had ANY issues. All of the staff go above and beyond to make sure every single last child is okay and safe. I honestly do not worry when my son goes to this childcare center because I know he is safe and okay and no worries. I love throughout the day you can see what your child is engaged in, pictures, videos and so much more. I just truly love everyone in this center down to the cleaning person because he or she make sure everything is up to date as do the other staff. I do my best to stay engaged whenever they have needs or teacher appreciation because I truly appreciate them for taking care of my child and making sure he is safe EVERY SINGLE DAY he is with them 🫂🪬💙 I LOVE YALL

To summarize this review, I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for high quality childcare. The facility is clean, organized, safe, and full of adults that greet us every day with a smile and open arms. We love KinderCare at Brandermill and they love our son. We stumbled upon KinderCare at Brandermill when our last preschool suddenly sold and our son’s program was no longer available. I remembered hearing very postive things about the program so I reached out to the program. The program director Monica was able to work with us and got us a tour the same day. We were greeted with big smiles by the assistant director Veronica who gave us a great tour. They worked with us and got my son in the same week. Our two-year-old son has a couple of specialized needs that requires patience and a lot of repetition. His teachers, Ms. Debbie and Ms. Mackenzie have went above and beyond to communicate with me about his needs as well as helped keep the language constistent across home and school to help with my son’s needs. My son constantly asks about Ms. Debbie and has already picked up on so many new and wonderful skills. Before we started at Kindercare, my son never would sit in a chair to eat or to color but after two weeks at KinderCare, he is able to sit in a chair for a full meal and takes interest in arts and crafts. One day we walked in and one of the staff members greeted me and for a split second I thought she must have known me from somewhere else because her smile and hello were both so genuine and kind. This center is really one of the best things that has happened to my son’s development and our family. We can’t say enough great things about the place and we apperciate how wonderful the staff is.

My daughter was 3 months when the pandemic began. We kept her home until she was 2 and were very nervous about putting her in preschool. We decided on Kindercare Brandermill and have been happy ever since. For the past 19 months, the staff have gone above and beyond and love our daughter like we do. The teachers are experienced and LOVE what they do. They’ve been amazing in supporting my daughter, who has speech, toileting, and developmental delays. Your child will be in capable, loving hands. I highly recommend.
