I couldn't be happier with my son's new school! From day one, the teachers and staff have been incredibly friendly and welcoming. It's clear they genuinely care about the students and treat them like their own children, creating a nurturing and supportive environment. My son especially loves learning Spanish through their fun and interactive activities. He’s only been there a few short weeks but is already speaking more Spanish at home.
My child has been at Spanish Schoolhouse since the age of 2 and is now in kindergarten, and now a younger sibling is also attending. Spanish is their first language, and this school has been the perfect place for them to grow, learn, and feel proud of it. The teachers are loving, dedicated, and the children come home happy every day, we highly recommend it!
Update: Today is our last day at SSH. It took me forever to find the right place for my 18-month-old, and now she’s walking out of here at 4 years old. 🥹 We are only leaving because of a move. They go above and beyond in every way and it feels like an extension of our family. Since starting a new job, I haven’t been able to do pickup and drop off for my 3 year old, but the way the staff keeps me updated and engaged shows they understand that mom guilt is real. The classes are so close knit that when other parents noticed my daughter wasn’t at school, they reached out to see how they could support our family. As a self described helicopter mom, I’ve asked a lot of questions and the teachers have always been patient and encouraging, walking me through everything from pencil grip to potty training. I knew I made the right choice when I enrolled her at 18 months and I would make the same choice again in a heartbeat.
I have loved our experience at Spanish Schoolhouse Rockwall. My child has attended since she was 18 months old. Her language and vocabulary skills impress us each day. All of the teachers and admins give so much care to student needs and learning. As a parent, I always appreciate the over the top communication. We feel lucky with the community and education our child receives at this school.
Spanish Schoolhouse of Rockwall/Heath has been an incredible experience. The staff and teachers, maestras, are the most kind-hearted, intentional, and generous human beings. My daughter has gone since she was 18 months old, and we have watched her bloom and come into her own through the whole-child education offered at Spanish Schoolhouse. I would highly recommend this school to anyone.
