Very unprofessional. They do not utilize the procare app to update you on your children, like the app is intended for. I would have to call for updates to be told "oh she's fine". This facility had that dirty diaper smell to it. My daughter had never been to daycare before and would cry at drop off. The teacher honestly seemed annoyed by my daughters uncertainty. There is much better care in the area.
I love this daycare! My son started a week before he turned 2 and you could not understand anything he said due to a little bit of a development delay and trouble with his speech. It's been 10 months since he started and he can talk so much and his behavior has changed and they are very helpful with encouraging him to get potty trained which has big hard. Definitely recommend them they do everything and more😁
My 3 yr old daughter went here all of two and a half weeks. When I expressed concerns regarding the fact that my daughter kept coming home with unexplained or reported bruises, the owner Amy brushed me off about it and told me to just pull her out. Of course, I'd been having a difficult week after dealing with a separate crisis in my life two days before. I got a little emotional and told her I was sorry but that I needed to take a deep breath, and she told me I was clearly too emotional over this and I need to just pull my daughter out that day (I had to work and have ZERO other childcare) and then she rushed me off the phone saying I was allowed to have concerns but that I had already brought too many concerns up with the 3 yr old teacher so clearly this wasn't a good fit for my daughter. I had talked to her classroom teacher twice regarding other bruises or situations that needed to be dealt with. My daughter was screaming and crying not wanting to go every single day. This daycare is not safe and the owner clearly has no care for the children or parents. Also, they tried to sell me a mother's day group photo where all the children looked MISERABLE, my daughter being all red in the face and clearly had just been crying and when I said I didn't wanna buy it the owner said "well I mean none of them are really smiling except this kid".... As if that makes it any better?? I can't speak for the other teachers at this facility, I just can say with absolute certainty, the owner should not be working in childcare or any type of job where it requires people skills. During the tour everything seems great and wonderful but if the owner can't even have an adult conversation with a concerned parent.... That's a red flag.
This center has been a blessing for me. Every single employee there is beyond kind and does extremely well with my child. I love that it is small and more personal, rather than a huge center. My child seems exceptionally happy and I love the communication the teachers have with the parents. I highly recommend this center to anyone.
