We love patch, Rose is the sweetest person I've met, they take good care of my boy here. They also make sure he's not hungry while he's there. Overall No complaints!!
Very nice facility with passionate and caring staff. Owner is very kind, hard working, and experienced. Patch provides a fun, loving, and educational environment for the kids. Having kids look forward to going to school is very liberating.
This place has a lot of not so great reviews, BUT I have to say my experience with Patch has been nothing but exceptional. They truly love and care about my boys and our family. I have a 3yr old and. 7 month old and they both come home happy, full, clean every day. They have routine here and sleep great at night (haha) and anytime I need anything they’re more than happy to work with us. It is really such a relief to know I don’t have to worry about my kids during the day. I can’t say enough how much I recommend Patch. Thank you guys for the excellent care of my babies.
If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. They are constantly understaffed, the facility is filthy, and the children are mistreated. And not to mention the owner who condones the facility's environment. DCF knows this daycare by name by the countless amount of times they've visited. I've WITNESSED a child being restrained in a high chair for 6+hours at a time because "They don't want to be bothered". The poor kid even takes his naps in the chair. I don't know what it will take for the state to close this horrible facility. SADLY, it may take a child being severely injured or even worse however it won't be my child! PARENTS, PLEASE STAY AWAY!
Do not send your kids here! They're very neglectful and my child is constantly coming home with bruises all over her and on her face and they claim she fell or was hit by another child but it's literally a different incident every week some times multiple times a week! I do not trust them and wish I would've listen to some of the previous reviews and not sent my child there *update* they retaliated because of my review and called dcf claiming that my child was sent to daycare everyday dirty! The investigator who came out agreed that she looked clean to her. Please find another daycare this place needs to be closed down
