My daughter went to this daycare center for a month. She only went 3 days a week. It was her first time in daycare and she was super excited. She seemed to really enjoy it initially. During the third week it seemed every time I picked her up she'd be crying. They would send her out the door like that. So I'd ask if she was okay and was told she was fine. I decided to take her out. I thought maybe she just didn't feel good but as a mom I didn't understand the weird crying and sudden aggressiveness. When I reached out and notified the daycare that my daughter wasn't coming back. I didn't receive any response back at all. I thought I'd at least get asked is she okay and welcome her to come back in the future. I thought that was weird. From what i was told, she was always well behaved. It does state on the website that Latin families are embraced there so maybe she truly wasn't welcomed from the start. It doesn't state that all nationalities are embraced there so maybe that was my own lack of discernment. When I hypothetically asked my daughter did she wanna go back, she said "no teacher hit me like this, teacher scream at me. It's been 2 months now and my 3 year old still says mommy don't leave me at the mean school. Of course it will always be denied because I don't have any proof. However as a mom, I know in my heart my daughter wasn't treated the way she should've been. I didn't get a response when I messaged them about taking her out, but I'm sure this review will get a message about how all the kids are treated kindly, etc. I even waited to write this just in case she stopped saying it but she hasn't. I'm at the point now that after just a short amount of time there, I'll never take her to another daycare without cameras. We need to actually see how people are treating our babies.
I'd like to express my satisfaction with my son's school. The teachers are excellent, always attentive and dedicated, conveying affection and security daily. The activities offered have contributed greatly to his development, both in terms of learning and socialization. I'm very happy to see his progress and am grateful for all the care and dedication of the staff.
