I would not recommend this daycare they take my baby outside without a hat didn't zip his coat up. NOW HE HAS A BAD COUGH. Then when you confront them about it all you get is a attitude. I use to like this daycare now since Sherri isn't there anymore it's a real mess 🤡
Do not enroll your children at smart start. My child fell down the stairs, the whole staircase. 8-10 steps! everyone lied to me about if for a week! The only reason I found out was an employee was threatening to tell me so they decided it was best to inform me that the incident report I signed for a trip and fall was actually a fall down the whole staircase from the top! They knew the report was false but the owners said it didn’t matter because I signed it. Former employees have reported abuse! And direction to omit incidents or to casually mention them and not report them bc they don’t want to be investigated. Do not trust these people with your babies!!
My wife and I are very happy with the services from Smart Start Academy. We have sent both of our children there for pre school. Very professional and caring staff , highly recommend.
