My daughter has been attending Smart Kids since September 2024, and it’s been a wonderful experience nearly a year in. She started in the infant room with Mrs. Raquel, who we absolutely love. Being bilingual, Mrs. Raquel has been a great support in helping introduce our daughter to Spanish, which is very important to us. She encourages not just my daughter, but all of her students. Around 10 months, my daughter transitioned to Toddlers 1 with Mrs. Shy, whom she adores—she runs into class every morning just to find her! Thanks to the care and dedication of the entire staff, she even learned to walk around that time. I’ve seen firsthand how the team goes above and beyond to support every child’s development, helping them take their first steps with patience and care. Now in Toddlers 2, she continues to thrive with Mrs. Katie and Mrs. Yuki. She enjoys her days with them and all the little friends she’s made. Communication has always been excellent—updates and daily photos give me peace of mind, and I love seeing her participate in different activities. The summer program has been a highlight too, especially water days and outdoor fun. Mrs. Lagos and Mrs. Melissa always greet us warmly by name, creating a welcoming environment every day. I also want to recognize the amazing kitchen staff—your work is appreciated and truly does not go unnoticed. Every staff member at Smart Kids is friendly, attentive, and genuinely focused on helping each child reach their milestones. We’re so grateful to be part of this community.

Smart Kids has truly been a second home for my children for almost 3 years, and I will forever be grateful for the love and care they’ve received here. From day one, Ms. Melissa, the assistant director, has shown endless patience and kindness toward my boys. Every teacher they’ve had has been nothing short of wonderful—not just teaching them, but truly knowing them, encouraging them, and celebrating them. My oldest just completed the pre-K program and is now in Kindergarten, but he still tells me he wants to go back to Smart Kids because he misses his teachers. That’s the kind of impact they have—lasting, loving, and unforgettable. As a parent, there’s no better feeling than knowing your children are not only safe but genuinely loved every single day.

My experience with smart kids has been truly amazing! From the moment we walked in, I felt welcomed and reassured that my child would be in good hands. The staff are incredibly warm, professional, and attentive — they clearly care deeply about the children and go above and beyond to create a safe, nurturing environment. I highly recommend them to any parent looking for a trustworthy, caring, and enriching daycare experience!

The staff is great, very friendly. Communication with families is great too but doesnt seem to be between the classrooms. If your child has a specific need and they switch classroom or they get a substitute, the new staffmember may not get informed of that child's need. Still a great Daycare for the little ones, I would recommend to others.

My daughter has attended Smart Kids since she was two. She just graduated Pre K at this location and off to the big school :). Kudos to the teachers in Pre K at this location. All were always super nice and accommodating. No complaints there, my concerns are with the daycare teachers and the new Director. Some of the "newer" daycare teachers, especially the lady that attends the twos room with Miss Angela. She accused us of taking a jacket when my daughter went to this room for after school care. My daughter has EVERY single item labeled on all garments that are in her cubby in her Pre K room. My daughter is also way taller and would not even been able to squeeze into a jacket that the twos children even wear. She blatantly belittled us out in the hallway of all places for all to hear. I have never had this type of reaction or accusations ever from anyone. The new Director they currently have, isn't that approachable either. She seems a bit standoffish... If you work in the area like I do, this location is perfect only if you have a little one attending Pre K. I do not recommend the daycare services as the teachers in those rooms are bit questionable and not that trained in interpersonal communication in my opinion. I have also had issues with billing as my account kept getting charged astronomically bizarre amounts for after school care towards the end. The director blamed it on "scams" then it was "IT issues" and another story, I did not feel comfortable continuing care up until that point since they could never tell me what exactly was going on with my acct. The excuses they gave were endless. Please monitor your account for these instances if you do enroll your child here. In conclusion, Smart Kids could use better trained Daycare teacher staff who are more friendly and knows how to communicate in a more professional manner. The Director I feel needs to be a bit more personable, friendlier. When I always saw her in the mornings/pickups sometimes, she seemed to always look away and avoid contact for some reason. She seemed a bit more approachable though to the Spanish community as I would always see her being so friendly to those families since she herself is also bilingual, I wish she would keep that same energy for all families; make all feel welcome. Again, this is from my perspective of her from the little time I've known her. The last Director did not give that same energy, she was always friendly and always available when I needed a question about something. Now you would be lucky to find someone in the front office as the times we went, no one would be there.... So, yes to Pre K school not so much for the daycare/after care services at this smart kids. I do want to thank this location for the care of my child since she's been here and I hope you all heed this review and make it a better facility for the community.
