I removed my child from this daycare for many reasons. My child who was 1 at the time of attending showed signs that she was not being well taken care of. She would have crying fits when dropped off and would literally run out of the door when me or her father picked her up. My child had her first case of diaper rash dealing with this facility and not being properly changed. When asked about the changing and asking for a daily report... I was dismissed by Ms Cathy saying she changes her and that if my child isn't wet she not gone change until next time she's checked. I NEVER received a written report of my child's changings. I've seen roaches at the entry door on 2 occasions. My child would be repeatedly sick and Cathy requested COVID tests when it was her unsanitary facility. The main incident was when I was called to pick up my one year old that was unattended and fell off of the top of a slide. I was given a different story when I arrived in person but the main thing that was admired was that my child was not properly watched. I believe this facility is not run with the proper number of staff from observation. I've noticed other children with snotty noses and nasty faces every time I picked up and they were on the playground. They made it seem like they were cleaning them up as the parents pulled up. My child would always be starving when I get her in the car so I had to have food ready to go at pick up. The location I loved my child to is more sanitary and I can tell from my child's interactions with new staff that she was more than likely mistreated while in Cathy's care. She gives off a fake Christian act but is ignorant and lacks the proper ability to care for children. I was disturbed by the improper grammar in simple emails but you will notice she lacks professionalism.

The director of the facility pinched and spanked my daughter because she wanted her to lay down and take a nap. She also told her to “shut up” !! Officer Talley did not want to arrest her because there wasn’t any physical bruises. He dismissed the investigation. Protect your babies not a good place. I won’t give up there will report her in every which way I can. Could be saving another child!!
