What Parents Say
Small Wonders receives mostly positive feedback with parents praising the caring staff, clean facility, and positive learning environment. However, one parent reported a serious safety incident involving unsupervised toddlers and expressed concerns about a staff member's behavior.
My son has been going here for a year now and he loves his teachers. They are very interacting and genuinely good ladies that work here who care for the kids and do their best to help the kiddos learn and be safe ❤️
My daughter is very shy, sweet and sensative, not to mention a major "mama's girl". I brought her here after a bad experience of our first preschool, she LOVES coming to preschool now! She sometimes doesn't even hardly say goodbye to me but runs straight into circle time. This speaks more volumes than most realize. she is so comfortable and feels so safe. I got the privilege to stay home her first 2 years and it has been a transition for us and this is the place she feels comfortable the most. I love the staff, down to earth, kind and very knowledgeable in childcare and little minds, my daughter is learning so fast!! I just love this place so much.
I was heartbroken to have to leave this center because my son loved it so much.Thank you Miss Natalie specifically, our son adored you. Unfortunately there was an incident and my one year old was left unsupervised long enough for him to figure out how to open the outside gate and make it into the front driveway. This was truly terrifying to hear since the daycare is right on evergreen. We made the decision to not let him go back and didn’t even get an apology from the toddler teacher, Melissa, when I picked up his things. This was the second concerning incident with Melissa, the first being her screaming “no” at my son. For being the toddler room teacher, I think there needs to be some correction with her. She’s a nice lady but you can’t scream at toddlers, and you sure shouldn’t be looking away long enough for them to escape the outside play area. Hopefully other parents don’t have to go through this.
Every time I walk into this facility it smells very clean and the energy is so up lifting. My son is 14 months old and has learned so much here already. He has learned how to paint/color, his vocabulary has expanded more and the staff is so nurturing/comforting to my boy. I love how my son will continue to grow within the facility, I wouldn’t want my child anywhere else.
My daughter and I have no complaints and think highly of SWT! Staff is happy, helpful, personable and supportive. Cool experiences and leanings, and connections. 🤗 We're pretty lucky!
