This place is awful. They were baught out in July by brightstar and still havent updated thier information on line. Then you have Naomi the new director who is absolutely rude and looks at you like you dont know anything, despite not knowing where your kid is when you come to pick them up. Twice in one week our child was not accounted for, or they didnt know which room she was in, and they dont check your kid in when they pick em up from school, so you have no idea if they were picked up or not. The site is unsecure. There is no alarm or any kind of notification when you open the front door, and most of the time there is no one at the front desk. DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE
My 5 year old son started at little learners back in February and it has been a great experience for us both. Naomi and all the staff are very friendly, patient and kind. My son struggled with adjusting at first to the new environment but the staff was prepared to comfort him and help him adjust. Bre does amazing with my son when he’s upset and my son feels safe and comfortable with her. The facility is clean and well taken care of. Teachers are always supervising the kids and kids are never left alone. There are always more than one teacher in the room. I get updates from the staff upon pick up every day about how his day was. I am so glad that I chose little learners I know that my son is safe and in good hands here we moved from out of state so it’s hard to find a good daycare you trust. But little learners is definitely one you can trust!
If you are looking for a new daycare and see this place RUN. If I could give 0 stars I would. You can't trust the billing. I had to call 4-5 times to get them to fix it because of their incompetence. We were only here for 2.5 months. I can't express to you enough to keep moving. Our son was attacked and no one even called us. Group time is a free for all with no structure. There's never the same person at the desk and no one has any idea what the kids do in a day. I was told I'd be refunded and then told by the manager to get stuffed and she threatened to end the phone call. There is no security to keep random people from walking into the center and classrooms. WORST PLACE EVER!!
I absolutely love bringing my son here. Every single person is kind and is always smiling definitely making me feel it’s a safe place for him to be. I’ve taken him to 3 daycares and would only recommend this one. He wakes up and is excited to go there and that makes any parent feel relieved and know they are trusting the right people ❤️ thank you all for being a place we can trust:)
Absolutely terrible place. Nothing but issues. They don’t watch the kids and make complaints on your children saying it your child and throws away underwear after accident happens because “teachers “ too lazy to change or take child to the bathroom. They make you miss work by having you pick your child up. They aren’t good with communication with billing and make you pay or threaten it’ll get sent to collections! If I could I’d say ZERO stars ! Do yourself a favor and don’t have your child here !
