Teachers are great! Communicate very well and my son loves them! He smiles every time we pull in the parking lot. They take care of theses kids so well! If you have any suggestions they want them and actually use your suggestions if they agree it would work for what they need. I highly recommend sending your kids here. The manager Margarita is so nice and opens the door with a smile everyday! Never the less it’s a great school and some very great employees!

I love SMA my daughter has learned and grown so much over the years she’s been in there since she was 1 and she’s turning 4 soon. They are very friendly and so kind and my daughter loves her teachers and friends which mean the most to me.

Do NOT enroll your child here!!!! If I could give a zero I would!!! My niece would come home with marks on her and there would be no explanation no notice no incident report no parent meeting nothing. When asking the office manager about these multiple incidents she would get offended and disrespectfully give examples of what if this happened to your child like worst then what was already happening minimizing the current problems. My niece would come home in someone else’s diapers when she is potty trained. If she had an accident they would put them in a bag still soiled and forget to give it to me for days. The school would take their frustrations out on my niece by excluding her from going outside or being with her peers, my niece would come home saying teacher mad or angry and that she was hungry. There are so many reasons why you should NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE with your babies!!!! they are short staffed and rude. Your child’s well-being is not a priority to them and that includes talking with their upper management.

I have visited this daycare twice. The first time was a few years ago when I was considering changing daycare. At that time, they had just finished repairs to the interior after flood damage, but hadn't made any repairs to the outdoor equipment. Staff at the time was very nice, but I ultimately kept my child where he was. I visited in May 2021 when looking to enroll my 3yr old. I had called a week in advance and had a very nice conversation with a woman who was subbing from another center. I was given a time window in the morning to come by for a tour the following week. When I arrived, 2 front office staff walked in before me. They were not very welcoming and asked what I was there for. I explained I was given a time window for a tour. They said they only give tours at the end of the day. They were quite rude and seemed annoyed that I wanted to ask some questions since I had already made the trip. The whole interaction was very off-putting. Providing a tour of a daycare when most of the children are gone you cannot see how the teachers interact with the kids is pretty pointless. It wasn't even an issue of covid, as I was able to tour other daycares just fine. I never went back and wouldn't recommend.

Lazy and rude don’t take care of the kids put kids in closet and when asked why nobody can tell you why! The owner takes up for her employees even when they in the wrong.. Also you cannot talk to the teacher to see what the problem is!! The people who work here don’t like kids at all.. I can only say two people that work here do !! WE WERE CONSTANTLY GASLIT WHEN ASKING ABOUT OUR CHILD. She would come home with injuries the only explanation was to check the camera and say that there were blind spots!! No stability, accountability. Poor employees and even worse management. Explain these. Why was my child taking out of functions instead of correcting the problem in the first place. She didn’t get to play. She got locked in the office with the workers because they failed to do their job or were in fact to lazy to watch the kids altogether.
