Shiloh Learning Center has been a BIG help for me! Especially this year! Without them, I wouldn't be able to work. I send my daughter here Monday-Friday. They're very flexible with her schedule. They provided fun learning and activities before school started and they helped with virtual learning. Now they're helping with before and after school care! The price is reasonable for my child. She comes home very happy and excited every day. They help her with problems and decisions she needs to make as a young child. Shiloh employees have also been very quick to respond, either via email or phone. They're also sanitizing rooms and equipment as well as temperature checks daily and wearing masks. They provide meals and snacks throughout the day. At the end of each day they inform me of any information I need to know as well as walk my child to the door. I look forward to sending my son there when he gets a little older. Shiloh is a great place for the parents who work early shifts or get home later in the day. For a little extra, they will also help out on teacher work days when kids are off school. Shiloh is a wonderful place for daycare and learning. I'm happy I looked into them for my daughter! She's made several new friends and speaks highly of her teachers! Thank you Shiloh!
Ms. Usman is the coordinator and she is very rude and talks over you. And tries to tell you about your own child. She does what she wants she is unprofessional she say she opens at 6 but comes at 6:10am but closes at 530 but want you to be their at 515 to get your child. And on bad weather days she will shut down at the last min after you already done brought your child their and get all the way to work to say she shutting down early because she only has 2 kids but really she has the whole daycare full this daycare is not for full time mothers because this daycare is sneaky and a gimmick.
I love how they stay in communication with me about how my children are doing, especially with the virtual learning. All the staff are nice, respectful and caring!!!
Never put your children in here unless you care about someone putting there hands on your child
