Bright champ Academy does help all children with all disabilities or and without Talking for my daughter, she does have IEP but me and the director sat down and talked about an action plan. And since her action plan neen been in place, she's actually doing pretty well in daycare . So if you want to sit there and say this is bunch of bogus, and make up lies you not here for 8 hrs they are going above and beyond for children with or without disabilities so stop lies about this daycare and give you a history lesson, alright? Here's another thing you have to in order to run a daycare.Neither the director has to have a background of childhood development. In order to run a daycare, and so does the staff as well. There is your history lesson.Have a nice day

Probably one of the worst childcare experiences I’ve had with my two kids We Had my son and daughter 3 and 6 here for a couple months. Here’s the breakdown Staff are not trained nor educated to watch your children. Not only that but they are early achievers level 3 meaning they should have higher standards and ability of care. Level 5 in quality Yet the admin nor director is educated for early childhood development or any type of child services or education. Absolutely the worst day care for your children. Don’t expect them to be taken care of well here. Owned by folks who have no business running a daycare who have very little patience for children. They asked me to take down my initial review, when I found out they called cps to report bruises on my son’s I decided to write a more descriptive version. Outlining the facts of the facility as well as the level of care If I had pictures I would show you, the individual class rooms are dirty, walls stained, floors dirty, the rooms smell. Teachers who are from what I’ve seen 30 and younger with high school diplomas. The admin Carmen is nice and was extremely helpful until the owners got tired of my son. Carmen admitted to not having a bachelors or any degree in regard to children’s services or education. I was told by her it was the same for the director. If you check indeed or snag a job you can look up bright champs and what they pay there employees as well as what there education and certification requirements are. Not a whole lot to be wished for to be frank The spaces in which your children are watched are dirty, the toys are old and broken, walkways where kids walk have hazards. Multiple times my son has tripped and fell on his face on there walkway to the cats room. Where he bruised his face multiple times from falling. I once observed my son at the center because I was getting forms from him hitting other children. During my observation I witnessed kids, hitting, spitting, punching, teachers just standing in place not working with children just reacting to them as if they aren’t there to help build your child up. Some not all of the teachers just stand around reacting to the kids instead of providing activities for the kids they run free with very little supervision. This center charters kids to sunrise elementary a school for general and special ed kids. My son was on an iep and was being picked up at bright champs, yet no one at this center had experience or an education to assist iep kids or special education kids. The teachers make physical contact with our children telling them they love them 1 teacher here who was my sons a young lady in the morning stated my son was alright until he was switched to cats room with this adult who had no business watching children. Point being, bright champs is not the place to bring your children, it’s dirty, has hazards not being addressed, fences leaning over, walkway is easily a trip hazards, classrooms are dirty and have very little toys. 1-10 ratio for kids so no individual care, snacks and meals were very small leaving my kids hungry and tired. Then you have situations like this, i was called around 1 to pick my son up because he wouldn’t take a nap, and they needed to have him with other kids who are not napping which is taking away from there available staff, so i was asked to pick him up because he wouldn’t fall asleep. So when I arrived an hour later my son was asleep on the floor no pad just a blanket over him, and he had blood all over my son’s face. When I asked what happened the teacher who was laying on the floor with another child not 3 ft from my son’s face said she had no idea. These guys have work to do to improve their business, and be careful what you say they may retaliate against you if you speak up about the practices here. Plenty of complaints have been made about this specific facility to authorities. Be aware of fake reviews, this family of owners will create profiles to make good reviews. 3 weeks after leaving my son who was kicked out of bright champs has had no issues at new daycare

We’ve had an amazing experience with Bright Camps Academy. One of the things I appreciate most is the structured yet flexible approach to learning—plenty of fun, hands-on activities, balanced with a nurturing environment. The caregivers communicate well with parents, providing regular updates and photos, which gives me peace of mind throughout the day. My child has developed strong friendships and valuable skills here, and I can see real growth in their confidence and learning abilities. I highly recommend Bright camps academy to any parent looking for a safe, loving, and stimulating place for their child!
