HORRIBLE. they forgot to hook my Mother back up the heart monitor after she hyperventilated, and even tho her Heart rate was at heart attack level. Then the nurse forgot to start her IV bag and didn’t notice till i had to say something to her. and it took me 5 TIMES going up to different nurses telling them my mom is not okay for someone to do something and as soon as they walked in she hyperventilated. because no one listen to me the first 4 TIMES i tried getting a nurse. they forgot about her. they didn’t come check on her once after she was in pain. I understand they get busy but none of that should have happen and this isn’t the first time it’s happen. It’s just lack of communication and CARE. while that was happening other nurse were just sitting around laughing and talking to each other while my mother was not okay. oh and at that just sitting on there phones with no care. I Do appreciate the one nurse who actually helped us when i asked he was great ! And who actually listened to me and my mother. and then they started shoving medicine in her without telling me or asking me, mind you she was not able to respond to them at all. they could’ve given her something she was allergic to or couldn’t have. and we have experience of that happening to my mother giving her the wrong medicine because they won’t ask us when she’s not able to respond. I’m tired of nurse and doctors working who don’t actually care and are there for the money because that’s what it feels like. my mother could have died last night all because none of them wanted to listen to me. or even help her properly. the picture is her heart rate right before she hyperventilated. with all due respect worst nurses on her case and doctor as well he didn’t care at all lied and said her labs were normal and they were indeed not okay. Now we are at another Emergency room day after all because they couldn’t help or actually notice my mother. thank you for your time and i hope someone high up sees this and shows them what they did and so they can take responsibility. Her heart rate was at heart attack level and you guys did not care just sad. and it took her hyperventilating to be seen. then as soon as she got into a bed just pushed aside. and forgotten about. NOT GETTING HOOKED RIGHT BACK UP EVEN THO HER HEART RATE WAS STILL OVER THE ROOF HIGH. NOT STARTING HER IV FOR MORE THEN AN HOUR. didn’t notice till i had to say something just sad.

Came here for an ER visit for suspected gallstones. Was seen within 10 mins. Admission, nursing team, ER ARNP, radiology all took very good care of me. Was admitted to the floor for a surgical consult and had a lap chole to remove my sad gallbladder the very next morning. My floor nurse was incredibly kind and took great care of me. Pre-op team was extremely efficient and caring, nursing supervisor checked in and was very communicative and answered any questions, and my surgical team and anesthesiologist were fantastic. Post-op care was very good at pain management from p1 to p2. Felt very safe and cared for the entire time. In and out in about 12 hours door to door. Thanks again to everyone involved if you happen to read. All in all, an excellent care experience

The doctors were great, the nurses were okay (some were absolutely incredible and others were rude and not caring), but the room was not clean! I thought a hospital invironment would be clean, but this was not! There was a dark, sticky spot on the floor for at least 3 days and it was still there when I left the ICU. I believe I received an infection from an unsteralized oxygen mask that I still (8 months later) have scars from.

As much as I would like to give this hospital zero stars, I wanted to highlight the ER doctors and SOME of the nurses throughout the building that not only listened to me, but went above and beyond to ensure I received the best care possible. I want to note that many of your woman staff are very unprofessional, gossip about patients and honesty need some therapy. As a woman myself, I was disgusted with how I was treated by many of them. Thank you so much to the good ones for ensuring I felt heard and actually read my chart/past medical history to have more understanding of my conditions and reason for care. On the other side, there are a lot of staff here for the wrong reasons. Primarily your check in staff. SO disrespectful, judgy and making inappropriate comments about patients right in front for all to hear. I have been in and out of hospitals since I was a toddler. We know when you care and when you are there for a paycheck. I wish I could share every single story from the mistreatment I received from certain staff at this location. I know if I did, many would be without a job today. Judging your patients before you even know what is happening health wise, is going to be the downfall of this hospital if it isn't addressed soon. Re-trainings on different types of emergency situations, especially mental health/psyc situations for adults is needed ASAP. I will share one experience I had in December 2025, I was on day 3 of being awake due to my health condition and went in. They had me sit in the lobby for hours before they saw me. Staff outside of the ER doctor/some nurses were super rude to me. Before they transfered me hospitals which lead to me being awake 5 days straight, which is SO unhealthy, I want to highlight that I should not of been in the lobby around others whatsoever in my condition per medical protocols. I really hope they weed out the bad eggs here soon. One nurse didn't even know what a PRN is...which is ridiculous. There are some incredible medical professionals here with so much knowledge and this hospital serves many vulnerable children/adults in this community. I can only hope things improve in time.

I had the best experience. I was in a tractor trailer. Security escorted me to safe parking. Picked me up and took me to emergency room. From there I was given the best treatment and they were all so caring. They ran tests and have a 24 hour pharmacy. I was treated and released and was able to pick up my prescriptions. I’ve never been to any hospital with such great care. Amazing doctor and nurses. Even the woman who runs your insurance information was caring and checked up on me. Thank you ALL for your dedication and hard work
