My children have been at this daycare for 6 months now and I’m impressed. Staff is always nice and gave my children nicknames. They sing gospel songs there and the kids have brought the songs home and sing. They are always eager to go and enjoy themselves while there. I have 3 children in this daycare 1, 4, and 7 years old.
Staff always seemed over worked, regardless of shift. Not the environment I want to leave my children in for hours. My children complained once that a staff snatched my son's hands from his face when he didn't know a dinner prayer. My (then) 5 yr old son was still distraught hours later when I picked them up. When I switched daycares, they tried to stiff me with a random $100 in late fees. After I hounded them for documentation the owner removed the late fees. The fees were never anywhere else on any receipts nor mentioned in any txts over the course of my children being there. I gave them 2 stars bc (although they randomly changed closing time to an hour earlier with one week notice) they were ALWAYS open on time.
