This place is a joke….literally. They have a bunch of kids watching kids. This “kids” do not know how to properly communicate or handle children. I was being told my son was hitting and not listening yet I never received an incident report. Not one incident report for the so called violence they say my son was doing. My son is 3 years old. He is doing great at his new daycare facility. Obviously the problems are with the people and this facility because my son is not the problem They terminated care for my son without notice. They still have not Submitted the final charges to ICCCP. My son has not been there since beginning of January. It’s in the middle of February and they’re still trying to get paid full price for watching him. I’ve called several times and I’m not getting any results and I’m just getting the runaround. My current provider is not getting paid. This place is a rip off and a joke. Save your money and protect your kids. Keep them from this dysfunctional high turnaround zoo who lies and steals funds from the state. When your kid complains they don’t want to go to school and cries & says he doesn’t like it. He doesn’t want to be there. Please listen, listen, listen because there’s probably a reason.!!

Here at River Academy, we treat your kids like our own children. We love them, play, and teach them. The director is an amazing person. She goes above and beyond for her staff and the kids. I have had a positive experience working with the wonderful staff, and director at River Academy.

River Academy has been the best preschool my son has ever attended. In the last few months he has been excelling verbally and flourishing socially. I would like to give a special shoutout to his teacher, Ms. Molly and the director Nia for taking care of my boy perfectly and making his transition more than successful.

My daughter went to River Academy when it first opened up and stayed until the 2020 pandemic hit. The facility is very nice and owner and staff take a lot of pride and personal ownership in providing a wonderful experience. The Director Amanda mentioned that she’s always looking to make things better and it’s obvious that she means it. Boise lacks high quality childcare but River Academy, fortunately, is the exception. I am so confused as to why there bad reviews. Now several years later we knew it was the place we felt comfortable sending our baby boy. He has been attending since he was 7 weeks old and is thriving. At 8 months old he just started pulling himself to standing, is a healthy little eater and always strolls in with the biggest grin. As a mother of 3 I’ve always felt it is important to build good relationships with teachers. River Academy’s quality staff makes it easy. The genuine affection and constant communication for has been such a relief. My baby is always smiling when he enters the doors.

My son has been going to River Academy for a year and some change now, maybe almost 2 years now. He has progressed in so many ways with his speech, his listening, his eating, his learning, and in just about every way. I have never been nervous about the care of my son there. I have experienced every single teacher snuggling my son and showing him love. Amanda the director is incredible and extremely efficient. Any concern I have ever had, she has immediately addressed it and fixed it. My son loves the facility, his classmates, and his teachers. I only have one son, so to be able to go to work with no worry about his care is a huge relief for me. I owe so much to the girls! Thank you ladies for always loving my son and caring for him like your own, you each hold a special place in my heart for the amazing service you provide.
