My son has been going to RSLC since spring 2024. He started in the infant room with Miss Wanna and she was such a joy to work with. I was so nervous about my baby going to daycare and returning to work. Those fears were gone quickly when I saw how well she and other staff members cared for not only my child, but the other children at the daycare. He has since transitioned into different classrooms at RSLC and each switch has been positive! The teachers that I have interacted with do a wonderful job. Each morning that I drop off my child l know I am leaving him in very capable hands. Big shout out to Wanna, Megan, Kika, Pookie, Ty, Rachel, Marilu and Courtney. You all have been wonderful teachers and have had such a positive impact on my little boy. I appreciate all you do!
Best daycare in Kansas City! My children love this learning center! Close to both Kansas and Missouri! Amazing staff and teachers! Not to mention it’s affordable & accepts subsidy!
You can tell that this crew is dedicated to communicating with each family and helping your children grow to reach their full potential. I love that the administrators really care for their staff as well, even going as far as to provide monthly in-house massage therapy, a private breastfeeding nook, a well-organized teacher lounge and so much more. My child has attended for 4.5 years and even after graduation, he is thrilled to come back on breaks! We are so appreciative of everything that Megan, Jessica and Rekeshia has done for us. Would highly suggest.
We cannot say enough good things about this place. It’s rare to find a center where your kids are treated like family. The amount of love and support my babies receive is amazing! My only complaint would be that they are not open earlier but we love it so much we make it work !
All three of my children have attended this center and all of them love it!! My youngest has been here her since she was born and has basically grown up here. My two older boys also love coming and enjoy all the fun activities that each classroom does. The teachers here all truly care for each child in their class and act as if they are their own. The staff are all very friendly and act as if they are all family. They love to care for the kids but also joke around with each other and make sure everyone has a good day. It is a very fun and friendly atmosphere at Rising Sun. Highly recommend!
