This center failed to meet the appropriate standards of professionalism, communication, and child development support. I agree with another review I came across that if you're a parent looking for a collaborative partnership with teachers and staff in supporting your child’s overall growth, I strongly recommend continuing your search elsewhere. My main complaints include the following: lack of communication, unprofessional staff, poor parent engagement, and prioritizing of payment over care. There is little to no effort made to build a relationship with parents or involve them in their child's experience at the center. Despite the lack of transparency and engagement, payments are withdrawn promptly and consistently a clear indication that business operations are prioritized over the well-being of the children. The center used to be better but has gotten worse over the past few years.

Great school! My daughter went there for almost 3 years. My son currently attends and is preparing for Kindergarten. They potty trained both of my children, enhanced their academic ability, cared and nurtured both of my children, helped my son adjust to a structured environment with some challenges. My daughter is excelling in elementary school and I expect the same for my son due to everything provided at this center. I am very pleased with the school and would highly recommend it.

I was skeptical about enrolling my daughter after reading all the bad reviews but I must say I definitely would recommend this daycare. My daughter has been attending since she had been one she is now 4 and the progress she has made has been phenomenal. My daughter is autistic and the staff and teachers have been extremely patient, friendly and helpful. They are accommodating to all of her services and therapies she receives . I didn’t realize how much my daughter learned until she randomly just started saying all different types of words I never that she knew. Recognizing and naming so many animals and objects I was at a loss for words . My daughter has really learned a lot and progressed so much at this facility. They have a curriculum and the kids are constantly learning and my daughter loves it . She is always excited to go. Thanks for everything RGELC we appreciate you ❤️

my family‘s been using Rising Generations since 2016 with my first daughter and we started when she was two and she stayed until graduation and it was an amazing experience. So much so, that we enrolled our second daughter who will be graduating in a couple of years. What I can say is Rising has always been consistent they follow all the school district mandates, in the most impressive was how they handled COVID-19. I was an emergency staff member who needed to stay on site throughout the entire pandemic and Rising was able to accommodate my families schedule without any service interruption . The level of precaution that they took and now still take to ensure all the students health and safety is bar none. All the staff are super friendly and the owners are some of the nicest people ever. They’re willing to work with you and make special accommodations whenever they can and I will always recommend this location. Thanks so much for everything Rising!

My daughter has been attending Rising Generations for 2 years and my experience with the early learning center has been nothing short of amazing. Their teachers are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Their hours are flexible and they truly understand the lifestyle of working parents. Most importantly, their response to COVID-19 has been extraordinary. Not only did they find the capacity to remain open, but they also successfully implemented strategies and protocols to keep all staff and children safe. As a working healthcare professional, I value their dedication to keeping everyone safe while continuing to provide childcare services for essential workers. I highly recommend this early learning center and I am excited to register my newborn child this fall.
